From our first meeting with Darrell and subsequent dealings with Lucy, David, Chris, Nicki and Raine, we cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and enthusiasm of the Dorking team. The valuation was very realistic and the most accurate compared to other estate agents. They took time to understand our property so that they were well informed when purchasers asked questions. The worst agency company which I was dealing in my whole life. Very unfair company who don't care about any one who is renting houses from them. Very unhelpful , never dealing with any problems , just taking money for everything whatever they can.Avoid them to have easier life

Is this agent underhand????

Second occasion contacting these agents ref a building plot that had fell through before in Wyverstone Suffolk. First time round I was told a certain chap/agent I needed to speak to was not available and he would call back. No call back I then phoned again to be told plot was under offer. Plot came back on the market last week end of June 2020, so my wife called as we were in the car driving past the plot. No call back again a couple of days later my wife contacts them online got live reply saying they would get back to her with info. Guess what no call back. So I phoned up on the 3/7/20 a couple of days later to be told plot under offer. Told we have your number if it falls through. Something not right with this agent be aware!!!!

A Breath of Fresh Air

Jackson-Stops went above and beyond my expectations and were a breath of fresh air in this highly competitive business. Mandy in the Cranbrook office was an absolute joy to deal with extremely professional, honest and the most helpful agent I have dealt with over a long period of searching for a new home. Sadly the house we are now trying to purchase is on with another agent who are far below par! I would not hesitate in selling a property through Jackson-Stops in the future. Just wish all estate agents were as pleasurable to deal with!!

Would have been nice to actually view the property!

We sat outside the property for 40 minutes waiting for the agent to show up, which she never did. When we finally got through to the office on the phone the agent who was meant to be showing us the property simply told us she had forgotten about us, with no apology offered - just a 'Can we do it another time, I can't leave the office now anyway.' A complete disregard for our time! Wholly unprofessional, and we aren't surprised that the landlords have been struggling to rent the property if the agent can't actually be bothered to turn up to viewings! We will be avoiding Jackson-Stops like the plague - and would advise any landlords to think twice before using their services!

What a bunch of unprofessional individuals.......cheated out of a purchase by being bamboozled with a £10 thousand pound non refundable fee to open an " offer".....which according to one director was "normal" and Richard Addington as "never had any before....."....AVOID THIS FRANCHISE AT ALL COSTS....

Right from the start the team at Jackson-Stops were friendly and highly professional. Unlike other estate agents all members of the team visited our house so that each viewing would be as good as it could be. We had lots of viewings and the team worked tirelessly to achieve our sale. We had weekly updates and review meetings so we were always kept apprised of the situation. Chris, Lucy , Daryll and Nicki really impressed us when doing viewings, remembering all the features and aspects of our property.
