Great service from Debbie in Tunbridge wells. Very flexible in terms of offering extra support and information which is so important when you have no idea about all the different paperwork and terms being used. Also offered to help with things like printing and emails, which helps if you are less digitally savvy

GoogleWe recently purchased our new home through Jackson-Stops in Dorking, a process which took several months. We were looked after by Lucy Lawrie who was excellent throughout, especially towards a protracted exchange and as patience was tested, Lucy's constant communication with the full chain kept everyone on track and through to a successful completion in the end. Not an easy thing to go through but made much less stressful by high levels of professionalism and good humour.
