GoogleJackson Stops were the selling agents of the property we purchased recently in Dorking. I can honestly say that without the efforts of Chris Fairclough and the Dorking office team, I doubt whether the purchase would ever have gone through. They were 'on the case' every step of the way and found a way round all the hiccups that cropped up. I have no plans to move again for a few years but if we ever sell, I'll be doing it through Jackson Stops!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleJ-S was selected because the firm has a very good market reputation but we had no previous contact with the Dorking branch. We chose very well - our experience can only be described as outstanding. Our home was always going to be challenge to sell because of location so this was not a simple case of advertise and it would fly off the books in a few days and the agent would quickly earn a fat commission for doing very little. The process had to be worked professionally and indeed it was. This was a superb J-S Dorking team effort but we would also single out Chris Fairclough who was exceptional as our principal point of contact. Never did we feel we were being treated as "just another client"; Chris at no time gave the impression that he was juggling lots of priorities and we were just one of those sales to spend a few minutes on from time to time before moving onto someone else. Extra thanks must go to Chris, for playing a pivotal role during exchange and completion. I was lucky to find the perfect team at Jackson Stops. Their courteous, well co- ordinated staff offered me encouragement with considered and honest advice throughout. Everyone at Jackson Stops stayed positive and cheerful even when the market outlook looked bleak to me. They were pro-active and persistent in attracting potential buyers. This helped me, against all odds during a pandemic, to secure completion of the sale of my father’s house. They went over and above keeping me updated outside normal office hours and no matter who I spoke to at their Dorking office they were fully up-to-date with the latest situation - most definitely a great team effort! They worked incredibly hard at making sure that everything came together, especially when one buyer dropped out and they immediately found another one. The whole team have been very professional and managed the many viewings without a hitch. Everybody hates Estate Agents and we were beginning to but we switched to J-S and we love them! Could not be more friendly and helpful and always respond to emails and calls quickly. As sellers, they got us plenty of viewings and a sale. Can't recommend them highly enough.
