Brilliant team approach, J.S Dorking

Excellent personalised service from Jackson Stops, Dorking , It's a whole team approach where all staff are aware of the status of your situation. Phones are always answered quickly and responses friendly and informative. Having been searching through the frenetic sales period of summer 2021 staff were often stretched but always available and courteous .Highly recommend this team .

Renting

We were absolutely delighted with the quick, efficient, and friendly service provided by Jodie and Paula in the Newmarket office. All the details concerning our rental were explained clearly, and the details were sent and processed quickly. They both went out of their way to be helpful, for which we were most grateful, as we are also moving house.

We would highly recommend Jackson Stopps as an agent We brought our new property through them and dealt with only one sales agent, Lucy Lawrie, who knew exactly the type of property we were looking for and was efficient, helpful and very professional in securing the purchase She went above and beyond the call of duty, even chasing up our solicitor on the slow response to an exchange date If every Jackson Stopps has a Lucy Lawrie you need look no further for an estate agent to broker the buying or selling of a property

Darrell Hughes handled the sale of our house and was outstanding. He was kind, courteous, professional and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. His advice was first rate. Also thank you to Alan King who was our first point of contact and similarly excellent.

An excellent service from all the team at Jackson Stops Dorking. We were selling a listed property during a difficult time in the property market, but were supported from start to finish. Special mention to Nicki, who was so friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

After calling and asking for more photos was told to look on google maps! Really?! No pictures of advertised annex or the link to detach it. They obviously want to waste everyone’s time!

Our experience with Jackson-Stops has been First Class! From day 1 the whole team have been fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful, professional, friendly, patient and supportive all the way through the sales cycle. They have done everything possible to take the stress out of selling & moving and have always been incredibly fast in responding to any queries or questions. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I could not have hoped for a better team when we sold our house of 32 years in Mickleham. We asked 6 local estate agents to come and view the property and value it and there was absolutely no question that Jackson Stops were the perfect match for us. First of all, lovely people, Nicky, thank you and all the other who supported you in such a team effort at the branch. The other five agents did not come close in attitude, friendliness, enthusiasm or indeed local knowledge. It was a pure delight working with Jackson Stops and I like to think we have new friends there as well, even though we are now in Devon. Thank you all for such amazing work and Nicki especially, thank you! Francesca

Exceptional service

We can't fault the exceptional service, patience and good humour that Jackson Stops Cranbrook have provided during the sale of our home. Against the difficult backdrop of Covid-19 and despite a couple of chains unravelling through no fault of theirs, Mandy, Rupert and the whole team have remained optimistic and dedicated and we are hugely grateful to them all.

Anthony leads a great team at the Sherborne office. We were expertly guided through a difficult sale and closing, which would not have happened without JS Sherborne. Good communication and expert advice lead to a great result. PB

Excellent, Friendly and Reliable Agents

I could not have asked for more from the Jackson-Stops Burford office. From a conversation with Nathan about putting our house on the market, through to valuation, virtual tours, and a very good offer, all in an extremely short period of time. The whole process has been seamless. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you to you all.
