Having not bought or sold a house for many years, it was initially a bit daunting. Oliver came out to value the house, who was pleasant and not the usual salesman type person and had good local knowledge of the area and knew what prices houses would sell at in this particular area. The brochure was created and the photographer who came out was extremely helpful and suggested various options of showing each room to its full potential and moved bits around to make the room look it’s best. He took numerous photos all of good quality and if there was a photo I preferred, I was allowed to swap them to my preference. The write up of the property (for the type of property being sold) was not as full as I Would have liked, however as soon as I explained, I was allowed to make my own improvements to the house details. Jess and Jessica kept me informed all the way through (more than my own Solicitors did!) and were friendly and helpful.

This review is on behalf of my father. He has stated that if he could issue this Estate Agents zero stars, he would. Took 7 months to sell his property through this agents. Absolutely clueless to any progress. Agents in house Solicitors were equally as incompetent. He's advice would be "avoid at all costs".

In three months of my property being up for sale with WHB ive not had a single viewing, nor have I had the promised monthly check in calls or proactive suggestions to improvement the chances of selling the property. As for getting hold of them, what a joke. I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I've never had this level of disinterest with any of my previous house sales. And this is certainly not what I was sold or expected... At three months, I'm now out of contract and will be looking for another agent to represent my property. What a waste of my time.

This is probably the worst letting agents I have ever used. They take your money and don't do anything. They put in tenants with no money. You have to chase up constantly. You have to deal with the tenant if you want something done. Basically you have to do it all. They will charge you for every little thing. The agents don't know anything when u call up. The staff turnover is high and so you never have the same person helping you. I would avoid at all cost. They still owe me money and don't ever communicate. They are seriously the worst agents I have ever worked with. Get this, the tenant cost me £8,500 and counting of damages.

Are owned by even worst company Sequence Almost 100 per cent bad reviews on Trust Pilot! Hire anyone else but these. And no We do not wish to contact you William brown you are the worst estate agents . 1 star is 1 too many , hire anyone but these is our advice , look at the bad reviews, .
