Great service, lovely staff. Great photos and Brochure . We were updated on everything by phone and the website. As soon as it went live we had 3 viewings booked in which was great. One thing was it took over a week to go live which seemed along time when you need a a quick sale, but everything else was spot on It will be even better if we get a sale.

What can i say aprt from that they are that great that my landlor decided to move estate ageants. All welcoming and polite in office but there telephone service in Liverpool is diabolical. They have No building experience. Sent electrician to fix my toilet! No professional help. Let me move into a house with a Condemned boiler and I used it. Having no downstairs lights since I moved in. All they seem to do is sign the contract with you and then pass it on to a third party company for you to deal with! They installed a shower on the wrong fuse. So my electric keeps cutting out. Had a leak on my bath abd dripping though the downstairs light qfor months and they didnt do anything about it. In the end i decide to ring environmental health and they contacted the landlord directly and it was all sorted by the LANDLORD in days! Last i heard my landlord was taking william h brown to court. And he decided to move estate agent.
