GoogleMy experience with the Doncaster team has been highly efficient. As a tenant I was offered the property promptly - even though it was an online viewing only scenario. Myself quite organised, appreciated all aspects of the key handover, agreements and monies etc. The corresponding agent was very straight-forward and kind. (Second time renter here). It's nice when they do most of the thinking for you!

GoogleFirst class attention and service from the initial contact to arrange a valuation, through to completing the sale. The marketing and promotion was excellent, very impressive audio and premium listing, and we were kept updated at all times, as we were unable to do the viewings ourselves, feedback from viewings was honest and prompt. Oliver valued the house, and was comprehensive in providing a very clear overview of the process and timescales, which was exactly what happened . Hannah provided help with the conveyancing team. Jess, was outstanding in her handling of our sale, and certainly went the extra mile to keep things moving, she responded quickly to any emails and answered any questions clearly, she really did provide a 5* service , thanks Jess!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleCouldn't sell a Barbie's Dreamhouse. Avoid at all cost, we had no contact from the agents throughout the whole process, we had to chase them for any updates from viewings we did have which were very few, and we were also told they were "too busy" to do any viewings themselves and were forced to do all our own.

Google2 stars are generous! Honestly I don't know where to start appart from they are supposed to represent the person paying them not the buyer! Not even understanding home servey reports and using language to scare into price reductions. Not grasping concepts of low prices to reflect the house state of repair then using the same reasons to negotiate again for the buyer!!! Quick to charge over the odds at the end!!!!!
