Having had a very bad experience in the past with another Doncaster based agent, we approached Galley Properties to manage and rent out our property, although we were very wary. We have been extremely impressed with their service to date, answering all of our queries honestly and promptly, They quickly got our house on the rental market and found us a tenant within a week. Can't believe how many viewings we had leading to 3 offers and a great price achieved. So glad we had Galley to hold our hands through the process especially when we hit a couple of hiccups but they got us through it all We also bought our current home from them and got extra help that you wouldn't expect from an Estate Agent. We got the feeling that they really cared. Keep up the good work and definitely would recommend :)

GoogleNo problems here other than the usual solicitor headaches. Thank god the estate agent galley properties were in charge. Found me plenty of viewers and a buyer and then excellent work chasing things up and organising the chain. Top marks from me.

GoogleVery unprofessional experience. I had arranged a viewing of a property to rent which was confirmed. I heard nothing from the agency until calling them on the morning of the viewing to be told the property had been reserved so the viewing was not going ahead. Had I not called the agency I would have turned up at a property that's no longer on market, dispite still being advertised.

GoogleDespite COVID lockdown Galley kept working and were able to find tenants as soon as viewing allowed. Dorota (and all the other staff) kept me updated on progress and sorted any issues that arose straight away. Definitely recommend.
