There was a mix up in the payment of the sale from the solicitors side …..& notably my fee of repayment to Galleys , but Galleys have been fantastic and very understanding …. ..I would most definitely recommend using Galleys.

Dorota was very lovely and professional throughout from the time we went to view the property until after we had moved in!
She dealt mostly with my wife and she was very thorough in explaining everything to us as we were buying our first time.
She was very patient and understanding. She kept us updated.
When Dorota was on annual leave, she left us under the care of Teresa who was equally nice.
We are very happy we dealt with these lovely ladies. They made the house buying process less stressful.

I was a mortgage underwriter for a few years and note that their knowledge was over and above other agencies. The person who was in charge of selling my property was Dorota. GoogleI recently sold my house in Doncaster, did the usual round of estate agents and got the usual highly optimistic garbage from the salesmen for the big chains. Then Teresa from Galley Properties came along. I got an honest evaluation, a slightly different approach to selling and very professional service all around. It worked, they sold it, exactly as I wanted, no problem at all. You can contact them, they're responsive, you're not dealing with the usual low grade office clerks. I would not hesitate to use Galley Properties again.

GoogleReally happy with the service we received from this company we dealt with Nicola and she was the best agent we have dealt with. We had been with another company before this and did not get the service we received from them but at galley they are really responsive and one of, if not the best estate agents around. We looked at another property with the company but did not proceed but Galley helped us explore all the options necessary and within applying for the property at the start of the week we had the keys within a week and a half. GoogleChantal was very helpful until we sign and give the deposit and pay the agency fees..after 2 hours I sent an email to change the house , but no answer. I went to the office and she said that she didn't even read the email just forward it to other colegue.
This was unprofessional from my point of view . Apart from this issue. Olga and another colegue( can't remember his name , sorry ) from office was alright . They speak with you normal not with superiority even after you pay all fees.
I was trained that in sales our client is our master. And you have to try your best to satisfy the client even after he sing and pay if you want to keep him as a client. But from the experience with Chantal I said in office that I will be client until the contract will expire.
Now at the end I will explain for who is reading reviews what happened ☺. I visit an flat like it , when to office and I give straight away 200 half of deposit and 150 agency fees. When I got home with my miss and thing twice about the flat we was thinking is to small for as ( as it is ) , so I sent the email I mentioned to Chantal. Because I didn't got answer I went next day in office to check . So i said that I'm agree to lose 200 the deposit , but to use that 150 on other house from them. Chantal said is not possible just if I lose all and pay again for the new house. With that I wasn't agree so...i stay in the first flat I visit.
So, my advice to others is to think twice coz from her you not gonna get any help in changing something after you pay.

I can see that it had been explained to you about the reservation fee being non refundable when you change your mind, both verbally and in writing on the reservation fee receipt that you signed. The admin fee however could have been used towards applying for another property and I was here when it was explained to you however you decided to go ahead with the flat.
With regards to your email, Chantal is often out on property viewings and valuations so she may not be able to respond quickly and if you have an urgent matter to discuss then I suggest calling our office number or emailing our main email address rather than emailing a particular agent.
During the first property inspection your partner advised that you settled in ok and that everything was fine. We all look forward to a long relationship with you and wish you all the best at your new place.

Galley properties acted as the letting agent for our property and then as estate agent when we chose to sell it.. The process of letting and what was required of us as landlords was fully explained. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly and clearly and we were helped with arrangements for all necessary legal certificates etc, which was very useful to us as novice landlords. The Agency were very efficient and only very rarely did we need to get involved. When we came to sell the property the fees were very competitive and the flat had an offer within a fortnight. The whole process was well handled and easy for us.
