I found out about galley through a friend & after speaking to Theresa I was never going to use another agent to let my property. She was knowledgeable, friendly & quick to come up with solutions to the difficulties which arose. When interviewing prospective tenants their checks proved invaluable (along with a great anecdote!) & although galley may be considered a "small business" my own personal experience has found them miles ahead of the larger competition.

Some have said that our tenant vetting is too thorough, but thank goodness they are - without going into details look at the tenant you could have had if we just went on basic checks alone! Although I agree it does make an interesting story now.
