I have recently sold my house with Galley Properties and would like to thank them for all their help, they have gone above and beyond the usual agency service. I encountered a few minor problems once the offer had been made regarding some building works I had done a few years back but with the help of Nicola and all the team these issues were resolved quickly and efficiently with out hindering the completion of the sale. I had my property on the market with another agent for five months with no success, they took it over, carried out assisted viewings and the property was sold within 2 weeks of them advertising it on the market. I couldn't of been happier with the professional service they provided, they were always keen to call me to update on progress and I would highly recommend Galley Properties to anyone looking to sell their property within the Doncaster area.

DOROTA IS AMAZING. when we started our property search we didn't think much of ZOOM/VIDEO VIEWINGS, but the way Dorota showed this property and was happy to zoom in on things we saw and pointed out things she had noticed it really was just like being there, its just a shame that not all estate people are as professional and helpful as her. I moved into a property just over a year ago (i have moved out since then only stayed for a 6 month lease, thank god they did them). well i know this estate agents have rave reviews but i am afraid to say mine experience was not pleasant AT ALL. When going to enquire the staff seemed very snobby and not very helpful, i don't know if that because i was young, i'm not sure. but this house was in a perfect location so i proceeded. When moving in there were many problems still to be fixed which i was told this would have been sorted when i viewed the property, it was not. The lady who i spoke to, i believe her name was chantelle?. was so rude on the phone when telling her these problems she hung up, so i had to ring her back not bothered in the slightest said 'these are problems you have to fix', faulty light fixture, unsafe dangling plug socket off the wall, severely stained carpets, the overall cleanliness. Well i was shocked i knew then I've made a massive mistake going with this agent, but contracts were signed, which i tried to pull out of but they would charge me until the landlord found other people to let the property. Throughout the first few weeks i was constantly ringing to check on progress but again they didn't seem to care so i just gave up thinking it was only 6 months then i can get out of this hell hole. Concluding to me as a tenant i thought the agents are there to help and accommodate you if a problem arises. i did not have this at all and it felt they were more on the landlords side in helping him out and not a mutual benefit. they called me a liar, was rude every time i spoke to them was not professional when dealing with a customer. I was relieved more than anything to get the hell out of there. Never in this life time going back there. But that lady who I dealt with, cannot talk to the customer like that and get away with it, you should be ashamed you made me feel i was not welcome in a house i was paying for through your agency.

Really knowledgeable, friendly, customer focused estate agent. I had my property on the market for 20 weeks with a larger estate agent and didn't receive one bid. After a couple of days with Galley, I had 2 bookings lined up, with generic information about the buyers to put confidence in the viewing and within 2 weeks I had an offer at full asking. The process has been easy, with both Theresa and Kirk both providing important information and updates, which during the stress of a home move is exactly what you need. The photographs are absolutely incredible and it's worth instructing Galley for the market leading care of presentation to a buyer alone. Hopefully my next house is my forever home, but would definitely use Galley again.

We had contract with them for 3 years. In the beginning they were a very professional agency but by time the absolute opposite. They came in our home without any letter or call. We just stood surprised when after one knock somebody wants to come in, or just leaving a letter that they accessed the house. At our check ot the lady did not even know how to process the papers did not even check if we give back all the keys. Kept going to office or calling when the house will be checked as we left the house, but nobody knew nothing and never called back as they promised. I have two other friends who have properties with them and non of them are happy with them . At least we get almost all our deposit back after contacting DPS. Overall I do not recommend them.
