GoogleIf there was an option of zero stars, I would have opted for that. Arrogant service and worst experience in last 6 years. Except one or two people.

Hi Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I understand your frustration if not all your deposit is returned however cutting out a piece of carpet and stapling another piece in its place is not leaving it in a similar condition to how you found it neither is leaving lots of broken furniture or removing smoke alarms. As a landlord yourself we are sure that you wouldn't be happy with a property being left in this condition. You had a very detailed inventory at the beginning of the tenancy showing the quality and cleanliness of the property before you moved in and it should have been left in a very similar state.

GoogleI am absolutely over the moon with how Galley Properties and Dorota managed my house sale. I achieved full asking price within a few days of my property going on the market. Thank you for your review, as you were aware the staff were exceptionally accommodating in providing all the information that you requested and in a timely manner. I realise the information wasn't what you were hoping for but it was a very thorough record. To accuse staff of being fraudulent is a serious claim and we take all libellous comments seriously. Our staff are all recruited on their values, these being integrity and always making the correct and ethical choice over a commercial choice and standing up for whats right. We are unsure what you comment is suggesting as to 'how they managed to get their job' but I can assure you that the staff have the highest standards that they adhere to.
