GoogleBrilliant letting agents. Emma is amazing. After being let down by and looked down on by other letting agents, I came across Complete lettings on Facebook and from the word go after contacting Emma she has been sympathetic to my situation (single mum and 4 kids), professional and really helpful and found me a house for myself and 4 children. I would definitely recommend Complete lettings to anyone

GoogleI enlisted the services of Complete in Newton Abbot to sell my 3-bedroom mid-terraced house in Buckland, and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. From the moment I contacted them, they were efficient and proactive. The team wasted no time in organizing photography and discussing the best ways to market my property. My main point of contact was Becca, who was always available to address any questions or concerns I had. However, I must also commend Joe and Steph for their professionalism and helpfulness. Becca conducted viewings with potential buyers and her knowledge of the area was instrumental in showcasing the property effectively. Thanks to the team's expert tactics, my house had three viewings before even being listed online, and it was sold within 24 hours of being on the market. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and updated by Steph, who was proactive in following up with solicitors and up the chain. Overall, my experience with Complete was excellent. They sold my house quickly and professionally, I am truly grateful for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Complete estate agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleWe have been fully managed by Complete for several years. One of our properties has recently been switched from student letting to residential. This necessitated some updating works. Sophie Samuel the property manager has been excellent advising as to what is required, organising quotes, and helping us decide what is best for us to do. Sophie always responds quickly to our enquiries and is very knowledgeable.

Terrible ,now check this out I lived in Buckland brake for 6 months on a house share ,the house was nice ,but scratch the surface,,heating packing up every two days that obviously means no water they don’t care one bit ,were send someone out ,it happened regularly,,now cameras inside the kitchen filming your every move and conversations with other people that’s not right ,big brother,then the best is this you leave you will not get your full deposit back no way ,you could leave your room in better condition and they will still con you ,there a disgrace,my name is Rodney woods I put this up as to be transparent and honest ,,they come up with excuses about your room ,my advice on complete is this stay clear ,all the smiles when you first meet them fade into nothing,they couldn’t run a piggery ,the next thing is they encourage grassing on each other ,you and your housemates ,they love it ,he said this and that ,they want this because they think this promotes normal activity,it demoralise people,scared to have a conversation,,I’ve moved to Torquay into a house that you never see the landlord it’s lovely here,the heating and water great ,no cameras and guaranteed deposit back ,,I would give no ratings on complete there a shower of sh t

GoogleI couldn't recommend Complete highly enough. Every member of the Complete team always had an accurate knowledge and understanding of the property and the progress we were making. After we agreed the sale they support you through to exchange of contracts and until you 'complete' with excellent customer service and valuable information from both parties solicitors. A big thanks to Lucy, Sarah and the rest of the team!

GoogleI would think twice before renting with Complete lettings Newton Abbot, I am not one for leaving reviews good or bad but I have decided to post this review to warn others about their corrupt ways. I rented a property from Complete lettings recently, please make sure if you are renting a property from Complete that you thoroughly check through your inventory and address any photos that are unclear or do not show the entire area of each location. Please pay good attention to carpets, storage cupboards and fixtures/fittings (such as toilet seats and door handles etc) Complete are incredibly good at conveniently missing the entire area within their inventory process/photos and take no accountability for this and offer you no protection at all as tenants. Their incompetence has lead to me to turn to the DPS dispute service where £1022 of my money is currently being disputed due to damage that was not caused by myself. Their poor quality inventory/photos has made this process really difficult. Their inventory process is completed by themselves as an agency however their check out service is completed externally. Make sure if you are choosing these robbers as your renting agency that you document everything upon move in and keep a log. Just to further elaborate their customer service is shocking and quite rude at times, don’t get me wrong, initially they are all sweetness and light but strip that visage back and you are hit with the definition of fake and poor service. These guys are not throughly good estate agents, in my opinion you should completely avoid these cowboys.

GoogleA very efficient and effective service from Complete. They sold my property to a buyer they were working with before it went to market for the full asking price. Post sale agreed their Sales Support Co-ordinator Steph, worked tirelessly to get us to exchange, expediting and joining dots between the various parties of the chain. She really couldn't have done more. A great experience.
