Excellent valuation process

I had an initial valuation of our home with Finlay. From start to finish he was fantastic. He brought a pack of information with him which showed he put a lot of effort into our meeting beforehand. Finlay was lovely to talk to and went through the process explaining everything to me in a friendly and understandable way. He is a real credit to the Complete team. Made the process so smooth

We dealt with Finlay, Ryan and Tia in the Cranbrook office and they all worked so hard to find a buyer for our property. They kept us updated via email and telephone every couple of days and never gave up. I cannot rate Complete enough. We had been battling with our previous estate agents for over 6 months, chasing up feedback and any progress in the market. Complete offered a friendly and personal approach with weekly updates on the market, the area and our feedback from viewers. They have chased up loose ends from our previous estate agents and always offered friendly support. We first reached out to Finlay who gave us everything and more we needed to know, things I hadn’t been aware of even when being with a previous agents beforehand. A huge thanks Tia who offered us friendly and officiant support, it’s a little thing but Tia knew all of our names even when bumping into her out and about. Ryan and Alison were always on the end of the phone when needed, huge thanks to all.

I have used Complete services as a Landlord for several years, and they help me managed a few properties, one which is an HMO. These can often be more challenging than a standard rental. Because of their proactive management style, combined with an attitude to be part of the 'solution, not the problem' makes a massive difference, and very easy for me as a landlord. Sophie has been the driving force behind that, visiting the property weekly, with of course support from the team behind her, such as Beth. Simply finish this bay saying "Thank you!"
