Amazing estate agents! They helped me and the wife find our ideal home with none of the hassle or agency fees that other estate agents have. They're patient if you have issues, helpful if you require assistance with anything and quick at getting everything set up. I personally want to thank Ryan from the newton branch; he was so lovely and informative. He helped take alot of weight off my shoulders during the whole process. Beth also for putting up with my constant phone calls and pointing me in the right direction. If I do decide to move again, this will be my first choice without a doubt.

The customer service, communication, and overall experience of renting out our house has been second to none from the Complete Lettings team. From the wonderful approach Kim took from the first meeting to fully understand and appreciate the uniqueness of our house to the excellent marketing, to the constant support we received from Beth and Ryan was superb. The team worked tremendously hard to ensure that they found the right tenants to suit the house providing continuous updates and feedback which filled us with confidence. Pleasant Estate & Letting Agents to deal with. Joseph was pleasant and introduced me to the property. Steph kept me informed updating me with the progression of sale. I took some recommendations from them, but definitely would arrange a conveyancer much closer to home next time and not online. When collecting keys, I had an uneasy feeling about being able to get into the property as I was presented with one main key for potentially three doors that I would have to open to get inside the property. When I got to the property, I then realised there was an issue. At least I got in and now need to resolve issues. Thanks!

Well what can I say! If ever a team worked as one then the Lettings Team at Complete, Newton Abbot are the best example ever. As a new Landlord I was guided expertly by the whole team through the process and my property successfully rented out within 5 weeks. Kim Wallis ( Manager) ensured that as a new Landlord I was compliant in terms of regulations and explained thoroughly how the Terms of Business worked and ensured I had the appropriate insurances etc. Kim also guided me when it came to applications and the information available to help me make my Tenant decision. Beth kept me up to date with viewings and progress and then saw the successful tenant application through to move in. Sophie dealt very professionally with some initial teething maintenance issues and Ellie confirmed how the future inspection process would be completed. On move in Susie very quickly submitted all the meter readings and I had all credits due back in my bank account within 3 working days..... very impressed. Susie also ensured a very detailed inventory took place. Altogether Ladies you have been a pleasure to do business with, many thanks for all your help and support.

Dreadful agents!! They take their fees and you get little or nothing in return. There was a problem with the boiler, caused by the tenant.. Complete sent around a handy man, not an LPG boiler trained plumber, who reported the boiler was very old and needed replacing. This boiler was less than 5 yrs old and top of the range. I had to get a Worcester Bosch engineer out myself to repair it, it certainly didn't need replacing. This is just one example of many that I experienced with Complete Lettings incompetence. I have rated them one star but I'd rather give them 0. Don't use them, there are plenty of excellent agents out there who will make sure your property is well looked after.

I dealt with Bradley (manager) and Rebecca with the sale of my house. No words can express how brilliant these two are and how grateful I am. Made the whole process so simple for me. Highly professional and friendly. As Bradley put it "Leave it all to us you won't have to lift a finger". He was true to his word. Rebecca did the viewings ( Probably a lot more behind the scenes). I was informed immediately of any developments by email or telephone (Thanks Rebecca your a gem). Cannot rate this Complete highly enough.

Initially contacted Complete to do a valuation. Josh was thorough and reassuring. He had very evidently done his research into similar properties on the market to give an accurate valuation which I trusted. On this basis we decided to sell with Complete, and every member of the team (we met everyone except the big boss) had the same reassuring, kind and competent manner. Everyone went the extra mile to help and ensure things went smoothly. Fantastic team. Highly recommend them!
