GoogleComplete Property, in particular Beth Fairchild-Davies, made my latest letting experience a lot less painful. Moving home is always a process but they went above and beyond to make it go as smoothly as possible. Their response time to queries is gratifyingly quick.

GoogleWe lived in Cornwall and bought a house through Complete to be near our family in Newton Abbot. Although we were not Complete's direct clients we were impressed with their professionalism, communication skills, kindness and reassurance. On picking up the keys, Michael said, "Is there anything else I can do for you?" As it was twenty years since we had moved we asked for advice on finding a good agent. He spent time talking us through the process and pitfalls and stressed that a professional photographer was essential. He gave us written instructions and armed with this we devised questions for four agents and selected an excellent one. We really feel that Michael lived up to Complete's name as he most certainly offered a complete service. Thank you. Nuala and Gordon Kane.

Used this company for cladding replacement/repair. Year later some came off after storm, I had to go through insurance but wish insurance company used someone else to do the job !! I was told (incorrectly) that someone came to see the damage (which is lies as i was in the house all day) and I should make a new claim through insurance !!! it should still be under warranty and I said im not making a new claim. This company should change their name to "Bodge it and Scarper"!

GoogleHaving moved to complete after being on the market with a another agent for 3 months, they sold our property within a week. They are have an extremely hard working team! Huge thank you to Louise who sold our property and helped us find our new home and a massive thank you to Sarah who has helped up to get to the completion. Steve who did our valuation was fantastic everyone We have spoken to has been extremely helpful and lovely! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

If it's the same company that keeps changing it's name went thru Hastings insurance as flood in kitchen anyway flood was 8 months ago paid excess 7 months ago they ripped out kitchen cut thru electric and left that was 6 months ago no kitchen no floor no nothing blind fiancée and a safeguarding has been raised against complete property revival if it's the same one they are shockingly bad

GoogleThe wonderful service we received constantly during our recent sale of our property was outstanding in every way. Lucy Peters and the team worked diligently to achieve a sale and subsequently to get to exchange which was in a chain of 5 properties which needless to say was a difficult task but was was dealt with constantly and from start to finish was achieved in nine weeks which is quite an achievement. Would recommend Lucy and Complete absolutely.

GoogleWe recently bought a new house through Complete, from start to finish we had the best service from the team at Complete. They were always there to answer any questions and swiftly dealt with all enquiries. We had a couple of last minute requests to get into our new property to measure up for furniture and curtains, an appointment was quickly made and we measured up without delay. Even after completion Will Smith and his team supported us with resolving a disagreement with our solicitors. I highly recommend Complete they are the best by far in Newton Abbot. We are loving our new property and if we ever move our first stop will be Complete.

GoogleI would like to highly recommend Complete Lettings Agents after a great experience. Sophie, in particular has been excellent as our liaison throughout the 7 years we let our property. All the staff have been extremely efficient, very knowledgeable of the regulations and procedures and know the local community very well. They also looked after our tenants well, stepping in when we were unable to rectify our maintenance needs. Andy & Sarah.
