Terrible and so unprofessional. I called yesterday to view a property listed yesteday on rightmove in Exeter (Cranbrook). On the phone the person I spoke said that they were not booking any viewings until next week. I then asked specifically why so long, and the person said that they were not able to book any viewings yet and not to worry because all the viewings would have been the same two days next week. Well guess what! I went today to open the rightmove link to have another look at the house, and it says SOLD! I called them just before closing time today to tell them what liars they are and that they didn’t even have the face to call me to cancel the viewing. Don’t even bother to deal with them!

Today I just saw a new listing property for sales on Rightmove, this stunning property is listed again and again.....but please bear in mind that the vendor is NOT intended to really sell it out. Check it out : This 4 bedroom detached house was listed for sale in 2019 by Complete but finally was not successfully sold out, at that moment the conservatory still haven't converted to an extension yet. The extension of the dinning area was done in 2020. In July 2021, this property was listed again for sale GBP399,950 by another estate agent but also was not successfully sold out. The reason behind this annoying listing because.....The vendor's name is called PatriXXa AnX PhXlp, please feel free to approach this old woman if you really want to waste your valuable time to buy her "cosmetically looks nice" property, she will be very easily to accept your offer price then the estate agent will probably tell you this old woman needs to find a bungalow for her onwards chain then your nightmare is just kick-off, as a serious buyer you will probably appoint an experienced surveyor to inspect the property prior to exchange of contract, you will also pay for the land search fee as well as solicitor and expecting for the draft contract from the seller's solicitor. At this point, you will be start frustrating your whole process of purchase because you will probably receive a phone call from the estate agent claiming that this old woman has changed her mind not to accept your offer price now {yes after you have spent surveyor fee and concern charges} and ask you to pay even a higher price than the original asking price (GBP410,000 as of 15 Oct 2021) so that the purchase process can be carried forward otherwise the money you spent will be wasted. Moreover, the estate agent will NOT update the sign outside the property from "For Sales" to "Sold STC" even though both parties have agreed the purchase price because they are on the same boat. They just keep on wasting others' valuable time for nothing. This time Complete is the one who is willing to play this game with this old woman and I foresee they will spend more than two months but still cannot find her dream bungalow and it's obviously this old woman is NOT intended to move out from her property and trying to remarket it in order to see whether there is another idiot who is willing to pay a higher price to buy her property.My appointed surveyor told me that the electricity of this property got some issues which are NOT easily to deal with so if you really want to buy this "cosmetically looks nice" property then you will be happy at the very beginning then nightmare afterwards.
