From the initial viewing to completion, the service provided by Complete was very fair and supportive. All of the information I needed was presented at the viewing and when I decided to make an offer the negotiations were fair and dealt with quickly. They provided useful recommendations for solicitors and a mortgage advisor and then supported my dealings with the solicitor very effectively, keeping me informed of anything that I needed to know. On the day of completion everything was dealt with efficiently, and a slight problem was reported professionally with all the assurances needed. When I decide to move another uni on the ladder, I’d certainly consider using Complete.

Complete totally exceeded my expectations when it came to the sale of my property. From the outset, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the marketing brochure. When I had a question, nothing was too much trouble and the staff went above and beyond to help the transaction through. We have just started our journey in selling our house and we are already impressed with the quality of service, knowledge and expertise that the staff have shown. Andy and Aaron came to take pictures and prepare the floor plan for our house today and they could not have been more professional, friendly and courteous. Lucy in the new build team has been extremely efficient in sending details of new builds that fit our needs already. Complete shambles, we didn't even get a chance to view! My girlfriend made an appointment to view a house, later that day Rightmove marked as 'Let' but Complete website showed it as still available. No one called to cancel our viewing so I went on the 'chat' feature on the website & the guy I chatted with was based in a different office & said that he didn't know if the house was available or not, he took my details & said somebody would call me at 930. No one called so I called the office & was told that the property was indeed let!

We used Complete (Newton Abbot) to help us find a rental property to add to our portfolio. James helped us find this property, he was a joy to work with, polite, professional and with an element of fun he was great to work with. He listened to what we were after, and ensured that we were provided with the details of suitable properties (no silly "time wasting" properties. He ensured that our offer was accepted and the whole process was concluded swiftly and with the minimal of fuss. Emma then set about finding us suitable tenants, and they moved in just a few weeks after we had completed - just long enough for us to decorate the property! Well done James and Emma, many thanks for your help, you are both a credit to Complete, and we will not hesitate to recommend you, and we will come back when the time is right for us to buy another property. Complete Lettings openly descriminate against pet owners. They seem to be the only Letting Agency in Newton Abbot that NEVER have pet friendly landlords...! You're squeezing the lettings market even tighter for those excellent tenants with pets who are stuck renting. Well done!!
