GoogleWe have used Sowerby's to market and sell our last two properties. The production of the brochure is always an important first step and has captured the ambience of our current property perfectly . The brochure was produced quickly and efficiently with input from ourselves and the house marketed without delays.

GoogleI mostly dealt with Mr Phillip Crookes regarding letting side of my dealings with Sowerbys and Mrs Octavia Heath regarding the House Sale. On both counts they were very pleasant and efficient. It made me realize that when renting and/or selling a house we, the Landlord or Seller tend to forget that they have other business to attend to, so we get frustrated sometimes when we are not answered promptly. In the interests of any Landlord I would say that as the agent you should inspect the property thoroughly more often inside and out, and send any damages/repairs information coupled with photos and then send repairs/fixes coupled with photos. Just for the Landlords peace of mind. Sowerbys are a 5 star company for me. Thank you all.

GoogleWe recently tried to purchase a house through Octavia Heath, she was absolutely brilliant in every way. Extremely understanding and nothing was too much trouble. We were unsuccessful due to a lack of decision making by the seller but Octavia tried her very best to get the deal through. I wouldn't hesitate in Using Sowerby's in the future, they are without any doubt one of the very best.
