We’ve had such a wonderful experience, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the support along the way. Terrie has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She kept us updated every step of the process, speaking with us on the phone daily and sending regular weekly updates. Even at times when there was nothing new to report, she still made the effort to email us just to reassure us that everything was steady and on track. Today we picked up our keys, and it was such a special moment. Terrie gave me the biggest hug and has truly been the sweetest, most caring person throughout this entire journey. During our search for a new home in an area we were not familiar with, properties listed with Sowerbys kept popping up. The photos and descriptions of the properties online were just enough to help us make a decision on suitability. Arranging a viewing was a quick and easy process. We were met by a well informed agent, Nick, that didn’t rush us and allowed us the time to explore. We dealt with Louie at the Dereham branch, who was professional, friendly and efficient. Really good experience with Louie White at Sowerbys. He was easy to deal with, kept things straightforward, and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. Terie from the Dereham Office has done an incredible job to make the contract exchange and the complete date successfully executed within a shorter-than-usual timeframe. She has been very helpful and responsive throughout the aftersales process, explaining to me how the process works and the timing of various related activities, which I very much appreciate. At one point in the process when it looked as though we were not going to be able to complete in time (before Christmas), Terie went above and beyond by successfully navigating the obstacles and brought the completion date back on track. We have just exchanged on our property which is being sold by Sowerbys in Dereham. It has been a battle to get this through but we have got there. Our solicitors, Spire in Norwich, recommended by Sowerbys, have been amazing and extremely patient dealing with all parties involved. I would highly recommend them as they are so helpful and approachable. We also want to give a huge nod to TERIE HURRELL, Sowerbys After Sales Specialist. She has been amazing. She always came back to us, updated regularly, dealing with every enquiry we had and was able to assist with all of the difficult situations that arose. We visited a number of lovely properties in North Norfolk with Katie and Sowerbys and have to thank her first and foremost for her patience and persistence in finding our perfect home against some very specific requirements. Thereafter, Katie was effective in negotiating swift agreement between buyer and seller ensuring we moved quickly to secure our new home. Navigating the challenges of moving to the countryside are never easy, but Katie did her best to ensure any concerns were ironed-out as quickly as possible, along with some firm cajoling of solicitors to get the purchase over the line against a tough deadline set by our buyers.
