Jessica Tuttle and the wider team at Sowerby's Dereham are incredible, they exceeded all our expectations. Proactive from start to finish. They kept us up-dated at every stage from marketing the property, registering interested parties, negotiating with potential buyers and making sure potential buyers and their extended chain were legitimate and had the means to purchase and once the sale was agreed keeping in touch with all parties and their solicitors to avoid unnecessary delays and bring the sale to completion. Astoundingly good service we cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been embroiled in a very difficult divorce and had to put our forever home on the market very reluctantly. Sam Holland completed the valuation in a very sympathetic and courteous way. Aaron Watson then managed the viewings and the sale of our home but also found us a lovely bungalow in Mattishall. Aarons professionalism , sympathy and continued patience and understanding of our situation has quite frankly been exemplary and way beyond what one would expect for anyone . Aaron had helped us realise what we could achieve in difficult circumstances even finding us a superb mortgage consultant from Broadland Consulting which was instrumental in securing our chain and our our purchase. I have had nothing but a positive experience so far with Jessica. In a pressured environment such as purchasing a property she has been extremely responsive and acted quickly, communicated clearly at every stage and with professionalism. To follow up, our after sales was handled by Zoe and she was excellent...and really worked to get the sale though. As buyers it can often feel like an agent is working solely for the vendor but in this case Zoe really worked hard for both parties to finally get what became a rather lengthy process completed. Buying and selling a home is never easy, but even harder when relocating from one county to another. We have looked at quite a lot of properties, many with Sowerbys. Viewings with their Kings Lynn, Dereham and Fakenham Branches. I just wanted to thank everyone who has helped organise or attended viewings with us in our search over the last few months. Sowerbys managed our rental in Watton extremely well. If something needed fixing, it was arranged quickly and without fuss. After 3 years renting out, we decided to sell which proved a bit more testing. The first SSTC proved to be flakey. Despite passing the Sowerbys mortgage governance checks, the buyer’s mortgage arrangement proved to be fiction, causing quite a delay. To Sowerbys credit they picked the sale challenge back up quickly and despite 2 more SSTC false starts, buyer number 4 is now the proud owner. Buyer 4 was also buyer 2 - I know, complicated, and it is to Sowerbys great credit that this connection was nurtured. The only other comment relates to process. It was a little unclear who was chasing the solicitor and who the solicitor was emailing. Sometimes me, sometimes Sowerbys, sometimes both. As a result, it was quite difficult to know where we were with the process from SSTC through to completion. Might it be possible to show the progressing sale status on an App, with protected access for the solicitor, Sowerbys and the client?
