Amazing experience

We are exceptionally pleased with how Ange Henderson and Jessica Kemp have handled the purchase and sale. They have both kept us up to date on the progress. Ange has been exceptional, and have handled any chasing with our sale extremely well. Jessica has been amazing throughout. We would have lost faith if Ange hadn't have kept chasing. Excellent service from Aysegul

I had a rental property in Caister and instructed Minors & Brady to sell after a professional valuation and realistic sale price. The house was sold before it reached the market with the first to view buying. This is often when agents lose interest but not with Minors & Brady. Aysegul Capti was the sales progressor and she was excellent. Weekly calls to ensure that I was kept up to date and when the exchange date seemed to be drifting she was in contact with the solicitors on both sides to get the exchange completed as requested. A great service from Aysegul and M&B would do well to hold on to her!

We used Minors and Brady to sell our parents home. We weren’t overally impressed with the service we received initially when the property went on the market. We weren’t kept up to date with weekly contact like promised and we just felt they weren’t pushing the property enough. We were having to call and chase them for updates. Saying that once the sale had been agreed Claire Wilson was brilliant. Weekly updates and on the ball service. Very professional.

What a peach! Great Work Aysegul!

Earlier this year, we decided to sell our home through Minors & Brady due to a growing family. Jess did a brilliant job for us!

Jess has done a fantastic job with our house purchase. She has always made sure she is available and communicates in a clear and concise manor. I have felt that Jess has gone above and beyond for us at times, often covering shortcomings from the solicitor and she has always made sure things get done! I would definitely recommend Jess and the Minors & Brady team to a friend. I know they often say when you're buying a house that the estate agent works for the seller and not the buyer, but I have absolutely not found this to be the case and am overall very pleased with the service we have received.

Very polite and helpful staff in the Sales dept. Cassandra Creak was enormously helpful with a very difficult move. The 5 stars is for the Sales team. Sadly, we didn't have such a good experience with the Letting team. The place we rented from them had numerous problems, some of which were never fixed, including a nasty slug problem in the kitchen and bathroom. They are not flexible with the date you give a month's notice. Because of the date we gave notice, we are having to pay a further month's rent. Renters beware!!!

My genuine recommendation

As house sales go, this was great and very quick given the market. Liam and Matthew who I initially spoke with about using Minors and Brady were self assured and plain speaking, what a refreshing change for estate agents! No hard sell, just facts and the right amount of follow up.I knew what I wanted and had been watching the market avidly so didn't need much guidance, but they were reassuring and facilitated my needs very well. Just the right service.The service after choosing Minors and Brady was also exemplary. Rosie Turkey was efficient, thorough and very warm. Which was very welcome given the reasons for my sale. Everything was clearly explained and made easy. I would happily buy or sell with them again. In fact I'd be very likely to seek them out!Thank you all. Cassandra CreakeThis was the easiest sale of a property I have ever had. There was no ongoing chain but even so Cassandra kept us informed of exactly where we were in the process at all times. We were given advance warning of when the buyers wanted to complete and everything ran very smoothly. Buyers were found for the property very quickly. Some companies are not very good at sales progression but Minors and Brady were excellent.

Jess kept me updated all the way, especially when the Vendor's solicitor was not being communicative. She acted as a liaison between the Vendor and myself, which meant we could discuss and agree on things, in a quicker timeframe than the solicitors would have done. She was helpful and always pleasant. I can endorse Minors and Brady and especially their post-sale agreement team. Also, a shout out to Hannah who did the initial "show round" the property and very kindly sent videos of the walk round as my husband was not well enough to see the whole property. She was also very pleasant.

Sold my house twice through Minors and Brady Unthank road . Team have been super helpful both on sale front and after sales . Claire has been pro active throughout the process , keeping my buyers engaged and chasing updates through Solictors / estate agents / other parties and although somewhat blunt at times , I can appreciate the directness which is what this process needs . I wouldn’t want anyone else to handle my sale in the future , if you want a no thrills on the ball team to take care of your sale and after sales id have a chat with them .
