They made it happen!

We recently moved home, downsizing after 34 years! Rosie helped us tremendously and was particularly excellent in a great team. She followed up after the initial agreement to sell right thfough to the day we moved, ensuring everything went through promptly by keeping in touch and communicating with everyone involved on 'both sides'. Fab office branch

All of the team at the Norwich branch have been incredibly helpful and made the whole process of selling our property easy and explained every step of the process along the way. I have to make a special mention of Connie who was the best unofficial point of contact. Not only did she achieve us a good sale price, but she has taken time to help us with questions and concerns that not only affected our sale, but our purchase going forward. She was always helpful and friendly on the phone and made the whole process smooth sailing for us. We would definitely recommend the branch and especially Connie.

1st time tenants

My fiancée and I are first time tenants and was very nervous at first with renting due to the horror stories we’ve seen. However, Minors and Brady work with fantastic property owners, and manage tenant expectations with their services. The properties they provide are excellent quality, and meeting health and safety requirements. I would like to say thank you to Lexie Mulley our property manager who is swift in assisting with any of our queries and needs. Lexie has always been quick to action maintenance issues, and has brilliant communication. I would 10/10 recommend the company to friends and family from the positive experience we’ve had with them

From start to finish working with Rosie Turley from Minors and Brady Estate Agents was stress free, even towards the end when a few issues were raised she delt with them professionally and efficiently. Everything was professionally managed, culminating in what we wanted- a sale at a price we were happy with. We were kept informed and engaged in dialogue from the very start, which reassured us that we really had found the best people to sell our house. As soon as the negotiation team had found our buyer, the after sales team took over: Jessica kept us up to date, giving a gentle nudge when required to make sure there were no needless delays. She and the other Minors and Brady staff were patient and respectful throughout the process whilst still moving on with the sale right to completion. Genuinely impressed !

Patience and persistence count

Rosie Turley has made this notoriously difficult process (buying a house in England) more bearable. She has kept track of the purchase process over a considerable period of time, and made me feel that at least someone was on side in the face of complications. Like others at Minors and Brady she has chased information diligently, prodded the various parties to maintain communication, and steered events as far as possible to achieve a satisfactory conclusion. Lovely Hannah!

We decided to veiw a bungalow after seeing one online we liked the look of. We were greeted by a lovely Lady called Hannah Graver. We hadn't viewed a property for years. Hanna was so lovely. Patient and informative. We also met her the next day to veiw two more properties. We felt so relaxed in her company. It was as if we already knew her. Great personality and funny too. I would like to preface this by saying that the ONLY reason this review gets 5 stars is the care and attention provided by Nagilla in the aftersales team. Sales: Our Sales experience was awful. 3 days after going live on the market, I received my first phone call asking me to drop the price of our house. I told him that it was too early and I would not until it had been at least 6 weeks and we had no interest. We had some viewings and Christmas came, so didn't receive a similar phone call again until just before new year, a couple of weeks later. I made it clear again, that we would not be dropping the price until viewings stopped or the 6 weeks were up (towards the end of january). We received another call just before New Year to try to encourage us to drop our price again. We stayed firm again, but they continued to insist that we drop the price despite having regular viewings booked in. We received weekly calls, sometimes twice a week, to try to encourage us to drop the price. It would take me having to say 5 different times of saying no on each call for them to step back and say 'well ok then, as long as you accept that it's your fault'. We eventually dropped the price of our house by £10,000 on the 19th January. Again we got told that this was not dropped enough and that we'd only need to drop it further. Immediately, however, we got more views and were having multiple people book in for the same time. During this period, we were STILL badgered about dropping the price of our house even though the day they called me we had 2 viewings booked in. I was very smug when he called me later that day to tell me that we had had an offer submitted, at the price we were hoping for. The lack of respect for the word 'no', the lack of sensitivity, the mansplaining and the nagging was incredibly offensive and caused me to have an acute stress response at a time that is already known to be incredibly stressful. Zero stars.Aftersales: Our aftersales experience, however has been second to none. Nagilla has been utterly incredible and restored my faith in Minors and Brady. The process up to exchange has not been easy due to difficult conveyancers, and she has been a rock throughout. She has gone above and beyond chasing solicitors, thinking outside the box for solving the problems holding up the chain. Words don't really express how grateful we are, and if she was the only person able to have the commission from the sale of our house, we would like her to have it but unfortunately we know it does not work that way. Nagilla, you are incredible. Thank you. She is the only reason that Minors and Brady are getting 5 stars.

Excellent Viewing experience

We had a viewing with James in Norwich. I expected the same type of experience as with most other real estate agents. You have a question and you hardly get an answer that would be informative enough to clarify it. James was informed, engaged, communicative, and extremely pleasant. I didn't have the feeling that this was just another job for him but the fact that our dilemma of making the right choice for our new home was his concern as well. I wish him a bright career! Maggi and I met with Joe Slaughter…

Maggi and I met with Joe Slaughter (Property Consultant) at Blacksmith lane Cottage on Thursday 18th April. Immediately Joe came across as very engaging and proceeded to give us a guided tour of the cottage. His manner was very bright and listened to anything we had to say. He clearly had done his homework and answered pretty much all our questions but in addition he offered more with his personality and brightness. We have viewed a fair few properties recently and Joe is by far the must engaging and caring agent we have come across. The vendor should be very pleased that Joe presented this cottage as we are definitely booking a second viewing. Thank you Joe and hope to see you on second viewing.
