From the word go the team at Minors and Brady have been outstanding. Bradley with the valuation was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Connor was proactive from the start and had viewings lined up within hours of the property going on the market. The brochure was tastefully done by Nivea. The communication was excellent and we were kept in the loop at all time. I would highly recommend Minors&Brady

I have found Minors and Brady excellent agents from the initial marketing of my house ( beautiful photographs) through to the final stages of exchange and completion .As well as being very professional they were all friendly and helpful especially Rosie Turley who managed to get things done during the final very stressful exchange period when it seemed the solicitors were not communicating: Rosie would e mail me regularly to update me and finally ,I felt through her persistence , we finally exchanged and completion is Tuesday 21 May .Thank you .Chris Church

We decided to veiw a bungalow after seeing one online we liked the look of. We were greeted by a lovely Lady called Hannah Graver. We hadn't viewed a property for years. Hanna was so lovely. Patient and informative. We also met her the next day to veiw two more properties. We felt so relaxed in her company. It was as if we already knew her. Great personality and funny too. We highly recommend Hannah and would just like to say what a great asset she is to the company Minos & Brady.

I started my journey of sourcing a rentalproperty some time ago now and had the pleasure of dealing with Sonya!I was pleased to know that Sonya had transitioned to Minors and Brady as this meant I could still deal directly with her.Sonya is by far an asset to any company and M&B should value her presence within yours.I will continue, for as long as I need too, to deal with Sonya she goes above and beyond the call of duty and is professional kind and caring in what she does. The main point for me is she listens, if you say you are looking for something in particular or do not want something in particular this is taken on board and you are not inundated with houses that simply don’t suit your needs. Well done Sonya and thank you so very much for all your efforts and hard work!!

I would like to preface this by saying that the ONLY reason this review gets 5 stars is the care and attention provided by Nagilla in the aftersales team. Sales: Our Sales experience was awful. 3 days after going live on the market, I received my first phone call asking me to drop the price of our house. I told him that it was too early and I would not until it had been at least 6 weeks and we had no interest. We had some viewings and Christmas came, so didn't receive a similar phone call again until just before new year, a couple of weeks later. I made it clear again, that we would not be dropping the price until viewings stopped or the 6 weeks were up (towards the end of january). We received another call just before New Year to try to encourage us to drop our price again. We stayed firm again, but they continued to insist that we drop the price despite having regular viewings booked in. We received weekly calls, sometimes twice a week, to try to encourage us to drop the price. It would take me having to say 5 different times of saying no on each call for them to step back and say 'well ok then, as long as you accept that it's your fault'. We eventually dropped the price of our house by £10,000 on the 19th January. Again we got told that this was not dropped enough and that we'd only need to drop it further. Immediately, however, we got more views and were having multiple people book in for the same time. During this period, we were STILL badgered about dropping the price of our house even though the day they called me we had 2 viewings booked in. I was very smug when he called me later that day to tell me that we had had an offer submitted, at the price we were hoping for. The lack of respect for the word 'no', the lack of sensitivity, the mansplaining and the nagging was incredibly offensive and caused me to have an acute stress response at a time that is already known to be incredibly stressful. Zero stars.Aftersales: Our aftersales experience, however has been second to none. Nagilla has been utterly incredible and restored my faith in Minors and Brady. The process up to exchange has not been easy due to difficult conveyancers, and she has been a rock throughout. She has gone above and beyond chasing solicitors, thinking outside the box for solving the problems holding up the chain. Words don't really express how grateful we are, and if she was the only person able to have the commission from the sale of our house, we would like her to have it but unfortunately we know it does not work that way. Nagilla, you are incredible. Thank you. She is the only reason that Minors and Brady are getting 5 stars.

We had a viewing with James in Norwich. I expected the same type of experience as with most other real estate agents. You have a question and you hardly get an answer that would be informative enough to clarify it. James was informed, engaged, communicative, and extremely pleasant. I didn't have the feeling that this was just another job for him but the fact that our dilemma of making the right choice for our new home was his concern as well. I wish him a bright career! We’ve now exchanged on our 2 properties we have sold with Minors and Brady. Firstly, the after sales care we have received from Jess Kemp has been great, we were working to a certain move date and Jess went above and beyond to make sure this date was met with a chain of 4 houses. She was always proactive progressing the chain and was always really clear and honest with any updates and always a pleasure to talk to and make time for us. The whole transaction from having the property valued, viewing taking place and after sales has been seamless and really made a stressful time actually enjoyable.Thank you to the whole team!

Spoke to Mia Staff about the viewing we had in advance and she guided me and assisted me on a viewing time to suit around me. After putting in an offer being accepted. Mia was extremely helpful with the next steps and guidance, this is a great help being a first time buyer myself and not knowing the process.I recommend speaking to Mia, if you need someone with good knowledge about the market, someone being honest with you and giving you guidance with paperwork side of things. Appointments made quickly and professionally by the staff taking the enquiry (Kerry?)Elle met us on two days for several viewings and was always prompt, polite, informative and friendly. Queries raised were communicated back to the office and we received call backs and information very quickly from the lady who dealt with them. House hunting is not easy but very impressed with all involved.

Maggi and I met with Joe Slaughter (Property Consultant) at Blacksmith lane Cottage on Thursday 18th April. Immediately Joe came across as very engaging and proceeded to give us a guided tour of the cottage. His manner was very bright and listened to anything we had to say. He clearly had done his homework and answered pretty much all our questions but in addition he offered more with his personality and brightness. We have viewed a fair few properties recently and Joe is by far the must engaging and caring agent we have come across. The vendor should be very pleased that Joe presented this cottage as we are definitely booking a second viewing. Thank you Joe and hope to see you on second viewing.

Me and my girlfriend have just bought our first house together. From having no knowledge or past experience of the process, we have relied on staff from Minors and Brady quite heavily to take us through the process. Jess has been most helpful in answering any question that we have asked her and has sorted a lot of things that we requested over the past couple of months. Not only Jess but all other staff we have dealt with from Minors and Brady have been excellent in their service. The person (unfortunately can’t remember his name) who showed us round the house when we first viewed it was incredibly helpful and convinced us to put an offer in which is the best decision we’ve made and when we popped into the Dereham branch the other day, Kyle was good enough to check over all the paperwork/contracts we had to send off to our solicitor even though it’s not his role or responsibility to do but he made us feel confident that we hadn’t missed anything out.

On Wednesday 17th December I was shown around a property in Great Yarmouth by a very courteous young man named Roman. He met me at the front of the property and continued showing me around the apartment with complete confidence. On chatting to him he said it was only his third week in the job. He answered my questions with all the information he had to hand with complete confidence. This guy will go a long way in his career as an estate agent. He's a very great asset to the company of Minors and Brady based in Caister Norfolk.

It was our second time that we used Minors and Brady in the last 3 years and they been amazing. Sold our flat in the first viewing and in just less then 3 months we completed .Nagilla was the person I was dealing with she was amazing. Always chased things up and even when the soldiers where taking their time she would give them a knodge and keep them moving forward.I won't be definitely looking for any other estate agents when I am going to be selling my next property.
