GoogleAnother Estate Agent comes to town ! My experience of the Dereham Branch, at best monkeys at worst Arthur Daley types. Check their web site lie after lie on the review page, or they are really good at selling. Posted on the 27/1/2020 some one had had a valuation, mortgage and by the tone had sold and bought all in 3 days ?? And Dereham is not even in their search criteria on the website which tells me ZERO properties available here. The amount of grammar, spelling & punctuation mistakes on their website would worry me trusting my sale or buying a property with these guys, sloppy very sloppy.

I am sorry to have received your 1 star review, especially as it appears you have had no contact with our Dereham office. As another client has said in a 5 star review, it appears as though this is a fake review from another agent in Dereham.
We are an independent, family run estate agency and our sole aim is to provide clients with an exceptional moving experience across our three branches. That means good viewings, responsive feedback and a team willing to help our customers throughout the process. Minors & Brady is in its 6th year as a business, having won best estate agent in the East of England and astonishingly coming third for customer service in the U.K.. We have nearly a thousand 5 star reviews (across our three branches and Facebook) and less than a handful of 1 star reviews, but we are constantly reviewing our services to improve the customer's experience.
