Minors & Brady have been excellent throughout and we would not hesitate to use them again. Rosie Turley in particular has gone over and above aboard to get this over the line and worked exceptionally hard and sometimes under trying circumstances. Thank you Rosie for all your hard work, it has been very much appreciated as you have taken a lot of pressure off us.

GoogleEach and every member of the team was very helpful and understanding through out this purchase.charlie been amazing with his help and finding good deal with the property.Dan has been outstanding with his advise and help ,he was the one taken all paper work personally taken to solicitor in Norwich.liam was also good between the work. Once the sale agreed we were looked after by Julia.She was amazing with her helpvgiving us advise.As a first time buyer we had lots of questions and worries and also one pointvi was planning to come out from deal but Julia been fantastically dealt with that and gave us advise there and then .thankyou very much. GoogleI would like to highly recommend Minors and Brady Dereham branch with a huge special thanks to Lauren Bettison in after sales who has gone above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our property. It has been the most stressful, frustrating 5 months with many hurdles along the way. Without Lauren this sale would not of happened! She’s laughed with me, supported me and cried for me but most of all kept fighting for me! And I cannot thank her enough. She has gone above and beyond and is the loveliest person with it to! She is an asset to the team. A big thank you to everyone in the office who has to had to answer many of my calls and heard the address too many times 🤣 you’re all amazing. Thank you!!!!!! GoogleMinors and Brady have been amazing since we booked our first viewing with them, Lauren who took us round to view the property we’ve purchased was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us through the proof getting our offer in. We were then passed over to Jasmin who would be our point of contact through the rest of the sale, Jasmin was brilliant at keeping everything moving forward and we got a call without fail every week. Being first time buyers having the help we got with these guys has really helped us understand buying a property L. We would highly recommend Minors and Brady to anyone in the housing market.

GoogleThis rating is solely of Julia Pauluch, she was delightful person to deal with and possibly one of the kindest, warmest people I can remember ever talking to! Minors and Brady as a company however I felt were disorganised, often inexperienced and occasionally rude. Often very hard to get through to one the phone, was told multiple times that I would receive a callback, or something would be looked into regarding our purchase and this never seemed to happen. Always having to chase them. Julia is lovely though, she seems far too nice to be an estate agent!

GoogleRosie at M&B. Service second to none. My partner sold her property with M&B and could not fault how she was treated so it was without hesitation that when I came to sell mine M&B and it had to be Rosie at the helm. Everton’s knows that buying and or selling is stressful and you have to have good people working for you. I can’t fault the whole team at M&B. I’ve gone through this process a number of times with a number of estate agents and I can say they are premier league when compared to most. Having gone through the sale collapsing twice (nothing to do with M&B) and with our new build completing fast we stuck with them and Rosie was our driving force. And she is very very good at what she does to get things done. We both can’t praise her enough, and when on a few occasions we thought we were going to loose our dream home, she didn’t give up. She won’t be beaten. I can honestly say that without her all would have fallen apart and she will always have our gratitude for all she’s done. She makes you feel that you are her only client and your the most important work she has on that working day. Clearly she has a number of people she’s dealing with but you never feel your one of lots of others. And she keeps you informed. Weather good or bad but always with ‘leave it with me’. Thank you M&B your team pulled it out of the bag. It most if all thank you Rosie.

GoogleI just sold my house with Minors and Brady. The sale was made very difficult due to the buyers solicitors, but Lauren Newby was fantastic at holding the sale together and we got there in the end. Huge thank you to Lauren for being so great at keeping me in the loop and always being available via phone and email. Also a huge huge thank you to Julia Pauluch who oversaw the case at a really crucial point. Julia was fantastic at her job; really friendly and very approachable. The after sales team have been fantastic, thank you!

GoogleI would highly recommend Minors and Brady to anyone trying to sell their home. We have had amazing service from start to finish. I'd particularly like to say thank you to Lauren & Charlie who were both absolutely amazing during the selling process. Charlie was always prompt with replies to emails and phone calls and Lauren was always so happy to be showing people around and was really enthusiastic about the property. Thank you very much for all your help in making the whole process as straight forward as possible!

Emily was very professional in her conduct regarding the viewing of a property but managed this was a friendly open disposition, she was also very knowledge when asked questions about the house.While looking around she gave my husband and myself space but not so much that we felt we were viewing it ourselves.Never felt hurried along during the viewing and asked if there was anything else she could help us with when we had finished looking round.Very good service.

Terrible experience. Progressed with purchase only to be told the flat doesn’t have a EWS1 certificate meaning unable to get a mortgage on the property. Why was this not included in the original conversations and only coming up 4 months later. Worst part is other flats in the same building are up for sale with this company and still no reference to the lack of certificate for potential buyers!

Having dealt with other agents in relation to my sale, I have a few comparisons and would absolutely recommend Minors and Brady in future, Claire in particular.Claire was in regular contact, pro-active, and carried out tasks on time and when promised - what more can you ask for!

They are prompt to service, which I really appreciate. Will use this medium to say shout out to Elliott Stubbs, he was amazing and always ready to help in anyway he could. Thank you for not getting bored with my numerous questions ,and thank you for providing the answers when you could and for helping me out. Elliot only took me for the viewing, but each time I had a question to ask I always directed it to him, he would give answers, if he could and if he couldn't, he would say i will help you to find out or I have passesd your message to my colleague in that section, and they have promised to get in touch with you. Thank you Elliot for making getting an accommodation seamlessly easy.

Jessica Kemp in aftersales was brill. There were a few hiccups with the seller when purchasing, and she was very persistent and organised on my behalf. She even called me after closing when we were reaching completion. As an FTB, having someone knowledgeable to help answer your questions is very important, couldn't fault her at all and I found her to be really helpful (and patient!)

Working with Kirsten on marketing my property for sale was a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble. I wanted some editorial input on the written details and photos promoting my house and Kirsten stayed with me on the whole journey. We were working to a tight deadline and I was making a lot of changes. Kirsten never lost her sense of humour or professionalism throughout. We made the deadline and my house sold in 2 days. You can't argue with that! Thanks Kirsten!!

Had the pleasure of Minors and Brady selling my house for me. From the word go they have been helpful in every way, I put my house on the market expecting it to be on there a while and they managed to sell it within 4 days. incredible! Thank you to Rosie Turley as our after sale representative I can’t put into words how helpful she was from weekly calls to check upon us right through to pushing for completion at the end and even managed to push a completion through a week early! So thank you it really wasappreciated! Also just want to say thank you to dan overy he was our representative at the very early stages of our sale and without him we wouldn’t have sold the house. Anyone looking for a top estate agent I can’t recommend minors and Brady enough.
