Minors and Brady Caister sold our house STC within 5 days of being on the market. I can’t recommend them enough, especially Mia who kept us updated throughout the whole experience and was always there when we had any questions. Darryl came out to our home to help us go through the contract and get our house up and he was also brilliant. Also big thank you to Aisha who took the house photographs - they were amazing!

Emily Bygrave was very knowledgeable, well-prepared and professional. She answered all of our questions and gave us some great detail we wouldn’t have thought to ask for eg. Where the original door was and how the house was extended over the years. She was early to meet me and made an excellent impression - and very patiently stayed in the lovely garden with me on a very very cold day while I looked at every detail. Thanks Emily!

Macey is the best example of a good Estate Agent. She has demonstrated good practice at its highest standard. She has been polite, never judgemental and very professional and supportive.I have met and had dealings with many Estate Agents through this selling and buying process, and Macey rates one of the best. Nagilla did an excellent job facilitating the sale of our house. She dealt with all of our questions and issues immediately and in a professional manner. M&B have been absolutely fantastic for the sale of our first house. In particular Rosie, who has been an absolute star and pleasure to deal with and was incredibly helpful in talking to our onward purchase agent to hurry them along for various things! Also Jack, who was great at explaining everything for a first-time seller and really great to talk to. Kirsten from marketing was also super helpful when we were putting the house on the market to begin with. I honestly didn't think it could be this pleasant dealing with an estate agent - I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and especially for first time sellers - they are so patient and knowledgable.

GoogleI have to strongly recommend Cassandra Creak who is such a professional after sales officer I met before. As a new comer to UK, she offers all necessary help throughout my purchase. With her proactive following up (I was timely updated every month for the purchase process and help to negotiate with seller’s solicitor as well), I eventually could move to my dream home shortly. GoogleI would just like to thank Cass Creak for all her help in helping us purchase our property, she has been exceptional from start to finish, updating us and at times going above and beyond to help, even collecting paperwork herself instead of waiting for the Solicitors to post it. Cass works extremely hard and she deserves recognition. When we collected our keys she also presented us with a company key ring, a bottle of wine and a card welcoming us in our new home. Thank you so much Cass for everything.

Claire Wilson was really great as the after-sales lead on both the sale of our old property and the purchase our new property, both of which were through Minors and Brady. Claire was always professional, supportive and pushed hard to make sure things stayed moving forward.
