We know we have been pushy, stressed, angry, upset and even inpatient at times this was our third home by the time we came to you. You listened to our fiasco's of which there were many! You were the ones to remain calm kind and supportive. We were so pleased with your service and we don't know of any other Estate Agents that keep in contact with all vendors, buyers and solicitors on a weekly basis to keep everyone on track, we are so glad you did. Very proactive estate agent

We’ve found Minors and Brady much more proactive in arranging viewings than any other estate agent. I have had great service from Chris both in trying to sell my property, as well as helping me purchase another with minors and Brady. He has been very helpful and supportive in both instances.Elle hosted some viewings for us and was great, and she showed us a property as well, and we were impressed how knowledge and researched she was.Both were very professional and a credit to the company.

Fantastic Support from Cassandra

Cassandra at Minors and Brady was an absolute gem throughout the process of buying our first home. As total beginners with no clue about how things worked, we were honestly overwhelmed at first. But Cassandra was incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to explain everything clearly and guide us step by step. She was always there to support us, answering every question (even the silly ones!) and making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every decision.Her helpfulness went above and beyond, she really made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much smoother. Claire has been fantastic through both our sale and purchase transactions. She was really on the ball with chasing solicitors and making sure everyone had the relevant information at the right times. A great experience from start to finish. Minors and Brady produced an excellent brochure, provided a great sales team, found me a buyer and completed the sale within a very quick timeframe. Megan Clarke was exceptional as my after-sales representative, guiding me through each step of the process with great communication, professionalism and attention to detail. Megan was very friendly, personable and responsive to any queries I had and I am very grateful to have had her as my after-sales representative. Smooth as glass!

Been a while since i bought a house and needed to use an agent, but Minors and Brady made things smooth as glass! The vendor needed a quick move which worried me at first, but a big shout out to Jessica Kemp who was there at every step, and we completed on time without any issues.Even after completion, and the office had run out of celebration red wine, Jessica stepped up to ensure we got a bottle in the end - amazing!

I worked with Ange at Minors & Brady when I recently sold a property. It wasn't the easiest property to seel as it was a rental that I had not lived in. There were inspections to do and some minor work to complete so that the buyers could get a mortgage. Ange managed the whole process in a remarkably proficient and patient way. She made sure that stuff got done and kept me on the straight and narrow when I might have given up! On top of all of that, she was always cheerful, encouraging and helpful. You can't really ask for more than that...

Sales side is unbeatable, after sales is a shambles

Connie and Charlie were amazing, always keeping me up to date, doing everything they could not just to get me viewings but the best offer also. From initial meetings, photos and getting the advert ready, to processing the Memorandum of Sale. Everything is handled carefully, and so well. They took so much stress out of what can be an extremely stressful experience.Sadly, after sales really let the side down. My case was handed over from agent to agent, no one read the case notes, had to chase every day to get updates, and was given so many excuses for why my sale was delayed. They made the process so stressful, which was such a shame after all the excellent work the sales team had done before.

Ange has been fantastic

Ange has been fantastic! When selling our home we wanted a local trustworthy and good agent and all the reviews we got for Ange&co were fantastic. From the start they were quick, professional but most importantly they were lovely people. From the photos to viewings, every Ange&co employee was outstanding. a BIG shout out to Ange herself- most owners are corporate and in the background but not her. She was so involved, charismatic, genuine and honest. Her guidance and expertise was second to none and she made the whole experience better.We also purchased through Ange and even then they were fantastic still! We had so much information and through our whole process we got so many updates that we were grateful for. They really went above and beyond! Near the end we found out Ange was merging with Minors and Brady which made us a bit apprehensive as we didn’t pick them for a reason. But knowing Ange would see our purchase and sale though was comforting. It’s sad to see Ange&Co merge. We just hope Minors and Brady really appreciate they have the best in their midst with Ange and appreciate her expertise and personality that draws people in. Minors & Brady were my 3rd property agent after some really poor service from Pymm&Co and WH Brown (avoid these two would be my advice!)Both Adelaide and Cassandra were professional and supportive throughout the sale process and were available at all times. Sale was concluded from offer to completion within 7 weeks and the only hold up was in the week prior to exchange largely down to slow response times by the buyers solicitor.I would recommend using Minors and Brady for your property sale/purchase, as an independent agent their client centric services are beyond expectations.
