Dreadful. Won’t name the staff member and manager but the former stuffed up and the latter gaslit me saying I was bullying and harassing (assertive woman, can’t have that!). I would think twice about selling your property with these guys - they put off a genuine cash buyer through their rudeness and inability to apologise for their mistake. (Independent witness to manager conversation would confirm my version).

Our property had been on the market for a few months with hardly any viewings so we made the switch to Minors and Brady who sold our home in 7 days. All the staff were fantastic and I would especially like to praise Anya Bunn on the after sales team. She was brilliant and really supported the process with regular updates and lots of pushing and chasing - Anya also took the stress out of those last few days leading up to exchange and kept us sane!! Thanks to the whole team

I was assigned a property manager named Rich when I joined M&B, and from the very beginning he's been fantastic! He keeps me updated at every turn, gets things done when he says he will, and is generally a blessing as I can't be there every week! Rich puts my mind at rest - I'd give him a pay rise if I could!

Lying, arrogance, rudeness. Where do I start? Very pleasant young lady Ellen who showed us round the property and was extremely helpful. However, once Ange had left, it all went to pot. The people who took over were so rude. When all the contracts had been exchanged and the money had changed hands at midday. We didn’t get a call to pick up keys until 1440 hours. We are in our 60s it was a complete disaster trying to get everything out of our property. We couldn’t hire a company to move us as the moving date kept changing. We had two days notice to move. Would NEVER EVER in a million years go anywhere near this company in my lifetime and I suggest others think carefully about it too. I have worked for the NHS many years and if I spoke or behaved the way these people did I would have been sacked.

This estate agent has got to be the worst ive ever encountered...... even half a star rating is way too much for this minors & Brady bunch . Their sales men welcome you in with million doolar smiles allegedly owners son he shows u the property...... pass the sale onto A so called other sales man Theo they sell u a dream ... sell ur home 🏡 and we shall reserve this for you 3 4 5 months when ur ready we complete then just as I almost sold my property bang Mr Brady bunch Theo gets another sales woman to deliver the bad news we've sold ur plot to someone else they offered us 1k deposit and £10k more than what u were offering all this by phone call ..... really ? They sell u a dream and almost potentially left me homeless 💔 wow really . Then had the odacity to call 📞 me again it fell through do u want plot 26 again he'll no told him to keep it . AVOID NORFOLK MINORS & BRADY BUNCH At all cost unless u want to be homeless then ur in right place good luck on that one 👍 👌🏾

We have just sold my nans bungalow through M+B and the whole process was really smooth. The bungalow sold in 2 weeks and exchanged within 3-4 months of being marketed online. The service throughout was brilliant, from the premarket valuation and excellent pictures, all the way through to after sales and exchange. Aysegul looked after us after the offer was accepted through to exchange and she was absolutely brilliant. We received updates every week without fail and she tirelessly chased the other side to get us exchanged quickly and to resolve any small issues. Thank you to Aysegul and all of the team.

Overall getting started with valuation and putting the house on market was straight forward Ange was very helpful and explained everything. we found the sales department very stressful and felt pressured from sales team constant ringing, allowing offers to be accepted then asking for more final offers once agreed. But once we found somewhere, Ayesgul from after sales team had been amazing throughout really pushed to get a date sorted over Christmas and get the sale completed.

I had a great experience with Minors and Brady Oulton Broad. I was selling my late fathers house which added extra complications but they were organised and pro-active and goy me an offer. Claire from the aftershaves team helped enormously talking to all parties. When I was let down by a cleaner she conacted their lettings team to find someone who would come out an a bank holiday weekend. Recommend highly.

I had a first and second viewing with Lara who was friendly and professional in guiding us throughout the home, giving us space to explore in our own time whilst being on hand to provide useful information and answer any questions we had. Julia Pauluch from the the after sales team was excellent - I was selling a house and she got that I didn't want to be rung every week with questions and just got on and expedited the process - she also did her own enquiries that was asked by the buyer - always good - for example when asked who was responsible for the upkeep of an alleyway - who knows the answer to that? Well Julia diligently found out. The sales team - especially Connie Staff - always does her best to get the price achievable for the current sales climate - following up all leads - and sometimes responds on her day off - to ensure things are being actioned and will make valid suggestions when viewings are slow. The climate has changed a bit since that house sale - which is a national thing I think - so you need a company that is willing to work hard to get you the sale and then provides you with the support to ensure everything afterwards goes as smoothly as it can.
