GoogleVery difficult to get hold of anyone. Tried several phone calls and emails to no avail. Finally, we had to call into the thetford office where we were treated very well by Daniel Westley, he tried to get in touch with the dereham office on our behalf (I would suggest using Daniel in any training you may have, as he is courteous and knows how to treat clients). When the manager from dereham did ring us back he promised much but delivered very little. So disappointed and would not use dereham office due to incompetence of manager!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Googlewell what can i say about haart estate agents. fantastic what a service they offer. they sold my house within one day and even before it had gone on the market. michaela had the foresight to bring some buy to let investors round to view and wow a offer was put in straight away. i am a single disabled lady living alone apart from my little cockapoo and so far they have done everything possible to support and help me along my very scary journey. well done to all the team at haarts of dereham and thank you so much

GoogleExcellent friendly service At Haart in Dereham, myself and my partner had no idea what to do in buying a house, We saw a property we liked and Roxy got us a viewing the same day! We fell in love with the house straight away it was perfect for us, we put in a offer there and then after been shown round with Roxy. Anyway 2 days later Charlie phoned us up and the owners had excepted our offer!! We are also doing our mortgage through the company as well with Stephen, as we got the best deal with them than anywhere else, Roxy and Stephen are constantly in contact with me letting me know anything like signing paperwork etc. Fantastic team and fantastic friendly people, as soon as you walk into there office they make you feel so welcomed, 100% I’d recommend Haart to anyone especially first time buyers who haven’t a clue in what there doing, thank you folks for making our dream come true 😊 xx

GoogleHaving met Roxy and decided to go with Haart estate agent. The sales plan was followed when we experienced the depression and prices began to drop. Working quickly along with Ben we agreed a new valuation and sold very quick at near on price. Ben guided me through the whole process and completion is today. Well done Haart for great experience.

GoogleI used Haart Estate Agents in Dereham for the sale of my mother's house. The service I received was excellent. From the start, the emphasis was on marketing the property and finding the right buyer rather than on simply selling it. I dealt with several members of the team - Elton, Charlie and Michaela - who were very helpful and always acted in my best interest as the seller. As a result, the property sold very quickly. I would highly recommend using Haart to sell your property.

GoogleI find it extremely unsettling to be asked to prove that I can afford a property before I can view it. I can only guess that some under the table deal has happened as the property in question is now no where to be found online.

GoogleWalked into the Dereham office without an appointment to see if any properties suited us and was introduced to Roxy whose welcome was warm and courteous. She proceeded to ask all the relevant questions in order to narrow the field and did so in a friendly and very professional manner - clearly with a good knowledge of the houses available. Although we subsequently purchased from another estate agent, I was impressed enough to make the effort to write this review. Too often we are quick to criticise and slow to praise. Not in this case. Well done, Roxy!

GoogleHaart's recently sold my bungalow in Gressenhall and the whole process was very smooth from start to finish. It took longer than expected (no fault of Haarts just certain issues which came up) to sell the property but they were helpful throughout. Whole team are a great bunch including Charlie, Elton, Zoe & Roxy and worked with me to get the property sold as quick as we could. Highly recommend them over any other agents. Prior to using Haarts I did try another well known agent who are just outside Dereham and they were useless compared to Haarts.
