GoogleI cannot recommend Haart Dereham highly enough. They were fantastic when we were initially buying a property through them. They were excellent at giving us updates, chasing others and even organising between us and our original buyers (despite not even initially being our estate agents). After having 2 sales fall through, countless lies, a security/data breach and such poor communication with another local estate agent we decided to cut our losses and move over to Haart for our sale. Roxy managed to ensure we didn’t lose our onward purchase, found us a new buyer within a few days of being back on the market and secured us with an even better offer. She has been professional, friendly, reliable- and unbelievably organised through this entire ordeal. Nothing has been too much effort for her and we finally have been able to move ahead confidently- without feeling like we are doing all the work ourselves! Roxy, Elton and Hayley have been such a brilliant team and a massive support to us through the whole process and have ensured we exchanged contracts today with a completion date booked for next week. I would not (and have not) hesitate(ed) to shout their praises to anyone needing to sell or purchase! Thank you so much to them all!

GoogleCan’t fault the team at Haart Dereham! Ben dealt with my case right from the start and he was continually communicating and updating me throughout. The solicitors made the process difficult but Ben and Roxy helped to chase them and speed the process up, without them I don’t think we would have completed yesterday. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys in the future. Thanks for all your help!

She has been excellent and I can’t praise her highly enough, she has pushed and pushed the other Agents and Solicitors to get our sale completed, we had a good team working for us including Elton and Dianne, plus our wonderful Solicitors..
