GoogleWe are in the process of buying our first home through Haart Estate Agent in Dereham with Ryan Lawrence. We viewed a couple of properties with Ryan and he has always put us at ease and made the offer process really easy. As a first time buyer we were fairly clueless on how things worked but he has kept us updated on our purchase, chases it for us, books us extra viewing visits and is easily reachable by phone and email. We can't wait to complete on our purchase and would highly recommend Haart and Ryan to others. From Danielle & Joe

GoogleEasily the best & most efficient estate agency in Dereham, Haart have kept us informed with every aspect of our sale (sadly we sold through another agent in the end) but Haart definitely put in all the hard work !! We are now purchasing our next home through Haart and finding them equally helpful. Would recommend the team at Haart in Dereham very highly, well done all 👍🏻
Thank you Tracey for your kind words. We are so glad we have found you your dream home!!

GoogleI would have no problem recommending Haart of Dereham. From the minute Elton came round to value our house through to Liam doing viewings until the day we completed our sale Haart were professional and nothing was too much trouble. Liam always kept us in the loop during the sale procedure. I would gove them 10:10. If we decide to move again Haart would be my first call.

The process was much easier than we originally expected, which was mainly due to the response and attention from the team who stuck to their word and went above and beyond our expectations. So a big thank you and I would definitely recommend using them to anyone.

GoogleOur move was a difficult one right to the end. Moving out of your local area is hard enough, not being able to pop back to the potential property, without a long journey. The staff at Haart Dereham, Liam, Charlie and Elton, were always very helpful and approachable and helped us through a stressful time. All in new property now and happy. Sandra and Dennis Newitt.
