About Professional Properties Derby
Helping Landlords and Tenants Since 1999 Professional Properties has been matching tenants with their ideal properties since 1999, and is one of the largest independent letting agents in the local area. Our team have a combined 80 years of lettings and property management experience. As well as offering bespoke lettings and property management services, we also sell current investment properties to investors who are either looking to buy their first buy-to-let property or are expanding or refreshing a current property portfolio.

YellAvoid at any cost
Terrible customer service and 'unprofessional' company, please avoid for your peace of mind. They gave me the wrong keys to the apartment which caused a lot of problems as I was left outside with a van full of furniture and could not move in the apartment. They were rude and refused to acknowledge their fault. They still demanded full agency fee despite the shocking service provided. I refused and cancelled the apartment.

YellBEWARE! DO NOT USE!
Don't use! I sent 23 emails that went unanswered and then, after months of knowing the date a tenant was due to move in, having not even asked for the keys or arranged the contracts they lost me my tenant! Totally appalling behaviour and they even lied. The fact that they have the word Professional in their title is an absolute joke!
