Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. Couldn't manage an empty box let alone a property. Left our tenant without heating and hot water over Christmas, and haven't renewed our EPC even though it expired 2 years ago and they were managing the property for 5 years. Bully their clients, are rude, and provide a terrible service

Worst experience of my life

Rude staff, run down properties, lack of problem resolution. When viewing my house there seemed to be no issues when I moved in it looked an awful state, don't know if issues were covered up when I viewed.... Kelly refused to sort it and said it was too late as I'd signed my contract now. Disgusting attitude. Disgusting house.
