Helping Landlords and Tenants Since 1999 Professional Properties has been matching tenants with their ideal properties since 1999, and is one of the largest independent letting agents in the local area. Our team have a combined 80 years of lettings and property management experience. As well as offering bespoke lettings and property management services, we also sell current investment properties to investors who are either looking to buy their first buy-to-let property or are expanding or refreshing a current property portfolio.

As a tenant now with p/properties for over five years, no other agents have even come close to the service, standards and personal approach this agency uniquely builds itself upon a service which goes above and beyond all expectations, I personally will continue using p/properties as I find the service is second to none after also having personal experiences with other leading agents in Derby that don't even come close..

GoogleI was really hesitant with dealing with an agency as I had heard mixed reviews but I couldn’t have been more wrong! The whole process was really smooth and I felt at ease with updates the whole way through. The contracts team were so helpful and responsive, Laura and Lucy worked really hard to make sure I got in before the deadline I had given. Couldn’t recommend more!!

As a Landlord of circa 20 years now using Professional Properties I find them full of promises, positive engagement at start but lack delivery, require chasing lots, excuses as long and varied as you can imagine, make lots of mistakes, often say what you want to hear even if untrue and nothing Is ever their fault. Do not recommend them as a letting agent,

allAgentsQuality of houses are really
Quality of houses are really bad and inside house is very dirty and unhygienic. Doesn't provide detailed inventory report and even let know what electricals works and doesn't work in the house. There will be lot of minor damages and uncleaned areas before move in, but after moving out they will try to charge for all these dirty from our deposit money.

GoogleTheyll take your money with big smiles and charge you a £120 admin fee per person for the privilege. When it comes to getting it back though, don't be shocked if it takes forever. They're too busy taking other peoples money to care about you. Don't bother asking for any kind of help from these imbeciles either. It's not that they won't help, they can't because they're completely inept.
