MyPad were amazing and sold our house within a month of marketing it even though it went live a week before Christmas and during lockdown. They kept in touch throughout the process keeping us informed right up to completion. No hype just calm professionalism from day one. My neighbour told me to try them and said if anyone can sell my house it will be them and he was right. I am not going to say the buying and selling experience wasn't stressful because it always is but they didn't add to it. I would highly recommend MyPad. We have recently sold our home through MyPad and were more than happy with the professional service we received. Our house went on the market just prior to the COVID lockdown, so it was a very stressful time, but Debs and Niall at MyPad were great at keeping us informed and updated. Any queries we had were responded to and resolved quickly and efficiently. We also had a house purchase agreed through MyPad, which unfortunately did not complete due to the property being taken off the market. This was really upsetting and disappointing, but again the manner with which Debs dealt with the situation was highly efficient, and supportive. I made an offer on a property that MyPad sold and I wanted to share how completely disgusted and furious I am during this experience. I made an offer 7 weeks ago with MyPad, an offer which explained can be completely negotiable and discussed. During this time I sent an email to a member of staff named Shelley Phillips. I had sent numerous emails to this member of staff requesting an update on the sale of this property, I had received NO response of course. I eventually rang the agency in order to discuss, the agent revealed they had an offer on the property. I knew they could disclose whether the offer was less or more than what my offer stated. Unfortunately they revealed nothing, which was very disheartening to hear as I knew they could legally. The agent which I spoke to (Shelley) said “offer more, it means nothing if the offer before offered more or less” which I was completely disappointed and again disheartened by. I said as an agent Shelley you can discuss whether an offer was made more or less than my own. This comment was completely disregarded and instead I was questioned about myself and my own well-being. Unfortunately I suffer from a heart condition which unfortunately results in myself having slow speech and relatively gap conversations due to the medication that I am on. I was completely and utterly disgusted when Shelley said “are you on something because I have noticed you have slurred your words”. I cannot believe that an agent like this can think so lowly of potential buyers. I am a first time buyer, looking to buy a home to be completely disgredarded for my condition. I hope the vendor of Crown Street, Derby hears of this absolute disgust and realises I wanted to offer more than my previous offer instead of completed disregarded. I hope MyPad sees this as an absolute disgrace and takes action.

Bad customers service. Wanted to view a property few months back. They didnt call me back to confirm an appointment. Emailed about another property two nights, still waiting for reply. Spoke to women on fone who said she was the manager.. omg never spoke to anyone like her before.. after a heated conversation she actually hung up on me. This woman is selling people houses. I would advise when selling your property to use another estate agent .
