GoogleI arranged a viewing and received an email confirmation, the agent did not turn up or let us know that the viewing was not going ahead. I rang and left a voicemail and no response. Might be a simple mistake but seems very unprofessional.
Dear Ms Western. Thank you for your review which concerns me. I have investigated this and can confirm that the viewing was arranged through the seller who unfortunately forgot about it. We pick up and reply to all of our answerphone messages, so I am a little surprised to hear that we did not respond back. My sincere apologies for any mix up that may have happened.

GoogleMy Pad have sold many of my renervation projects for me. They are always quick to view, value, advertise and sell. The staff are extremely helpful and keep me updated regularly with progress. I wouldn't use any other Estate Agents.
