Googlecalled to enquire regarding the property at "Ivybridge Close, Oakwood, Derby" and I was told it is not available anymore. Why cannot people be considerate and remove the listing if it is not available or at least add a note in the listing as "not available" so that no one will waste time enquiring.
Thank you for your review. As you were informed, the property has been taken but hasn’t been removed from Rightmove as we are waiting for the holding fee to clear. This is the law and is not being inconsiderate. Leaving a low rating review because you were told a property had been taken is very small minded indeed.

GoogleAfter booking the viewing 7 days in front, they cancelled 30min before we arrived to the property. We travelled 50 miles for nothing. They reacted very unprofessionally and didn’t care about our wasted time and money. Please avoid!
Thank you for your review, however this is not factually correct. We have your address noted as being in Derby and your travelling time would have been must shorter than 30 minutes, which it why we called you. We apologised for any inconvenience caused, however should we have let you travel to the viewing, we would have had to inform you at the property that it had been taken, which would have been a waste of time for you both. Unfortunately we had just been informed that the landlord had taken a holding deposit from a viewer that had previously visited and we gave you the courtesy of informing you as soon as we heard so you didn't have a wasted journey. I also offered you another property that may be of interest.

GooglePhoned several times to arrange a viewing on a property, each time was told that we would be contacted back straight away. Today, the 4th time of calling we were told the house had actually sold before any of our calls. What a useless and dishonest estate agent. wouldn't recommend at all!
