Jack Richardson looked after us from start to finish and really made us feel comfortable from the get go. Attentive, thoughtful, easy to get in with and always able to answer questions - we’d highly recommend him. He is always prompt to get back which goes a long way during such stressful times! And he has a wealth of contacts to match his knowledge - we were overly impressed with the mortgage broker he chose to recommend too.You can go wrong with this company if Jack as a leading example is anything to go by - nothing to fault from our experience!

The first thing which stood out with John shepherd was how quick they were finding a viewing of the apartment i was interested in and that it was the ONLY Estate agent i went through where the place looked exactly like the pictures listed on the website.The viewing was done by Megan who was lovely and very easy to talk to. I told her i was interested in the place and she explained the steps in order to take it very clear and was quick to start the process that evening.It was my first time moving out so i had a lot of questions however she was quick to answer each one and helped me out with any enquiries or confusions i had with the moving in process, such as explaining the contracts, how the bills are done etc. It was so smooth moving out thanks to her support and now I'm 2 weeks into my residency and she is still consistently and efficiently helping me out with any problems or questions i have thanks to how easy she is to talk to.

John Shepherd acquired our previous letting agent last year. It has taken them some time to integrate the different operations. During this time we dealt with several people with various leves of frustration and difficulty. The higher management do a great job in insulating themselves from mere customers and despite suggestions on the website could not be contacted.

Jack was super fast in contacting us. He was so friendly and easy to talk to, as well as being very informative and helpful. Although we didn’t end up buying, we still can’t recommend them enough. Loads of free helpful advice and resources available for first time buyers, explained in a way that really helped me understand the mortgage process.

If I could post ZERO stars I would. Absolutely abysmal service from start to finish. Zero customer service. It's hard to tell if their staff is strained to be unhelpful or just plain stupid, such is the degree of their incompetence. This business needs to be avoided. Sadly as with many in this industry, very little checks and accountability is possible so they keep on treating clients with contempt.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
