GoogleI have been working mainly with Charlotte and Tracey. They are both extremely professional and knowledgeable. With so much legislation changing all the time, it's important to have the support of a competent estate agent with the legal documentation and John German proactively provides support with the legal side of renting. The feedback from our tenants interacting with John German is very positive too, they also enjoy the support John German is providing them. We've tried few agents in the past, John German have been the best by far out of all the agents we have tried so far. The sales progress team provided support and timely intervention to move the completion of the sale in a smooth process.

GoogleMy experience with John German was a bit up and down after Amanda (Sowter and Brown) retired. However, since Charlotte came on board she has been like another Amanda and has really looked after my properties and my tenants. She has brought in new contractors, who seem to be an improvement, and I am more than happy to leave her in charge of the day to day management of my houses.

we arrange to view a property in Burton road Derby, The response was oh we have 5 viewings, month later property still on the market. No call back as we arrange to view it, we attend but no one was there or and contact to follow up. The current market is tasty for investors like us and we don't need to be mess about.If I was the vendor I would be p...ss. We are cash buyers and will not waste our time with estate agents like this.

GoogleBeen tenants with John German a few years and they have always been great. More recently dealt with Anna over an emergency issue and the problem was resolved quick and easy with little distribution. Dealt with a number of lettings over the years and John German are hands down the best.
