Sold my house Haart, and it was a fairly straight forward process, they are good at what they due, so I suppose the high fee to other agents is understood. However, I do think they are very over priced for an agents. Lucy Adams was my direct contact throughout the process and she was absolutely incredible. Always made time for my calls and emails. She was quick to reply to voicemails or questions, and really went above and beyond my expectations. If you are going to use Haart, I would suggest you ask for her as your case manager.

Bought our first home a couple of weeks ago. The process was tough as we had to wait almost a year and a half to complete. First we were in a chain and after one year the seller decided not to sell anymore. We were frustrated having waited so long and spent considerable money. Haart then helped us find another house which we completed on. Everyone at Haart was very friendly, helpful and more importantly extremely professional and knowledgeable! Lucy Adams was our move manager, and she held our hand through the process since day 1. It was a blessing to have her with us!! She was always on top of our case and always happy to talk. She gave us regular updates and she really helped us to chase up our conveyancers who were a pain to get hold of. We can't thank Lucy enough for everything she did!!

We recently had an offer through the door from Haart for a no obligation quotation to value our home. After a couple years of fully refurbishing the house from top to bottom we felt this was a good opportunity to understand where we stood and what our future options could be. We were very impressed with the professional and friendly service we've received so far, particularly from Emma who came out to view the house. Emma was really informative and generous with her time. We've had some great advice and are really grateful for her thorough analysis of the market around us and what our options could be in the near future, which is what we were after.
