If you are new to town and are looking for a 5-star treatment from your agent, then Sapna Christi is your answer. She went out of her way and gave her 100% to make sure I am able to find a home. I needed the perfect apartment to move in ASAP and she made that happen! She also went out of her way to give me tips on the town's whereabouts and where to get the house essentials. We can not thank Sasha Hall at Haart Estate Agents enough for how well he explained being able to showcase our property the best way possible for perspective viewers and, of course, buyers. He doesn't rush you to make a decision; he shows us a range of visual information, including a video of how he introduces and showcases properties on the market. He's extremely professional and, at the same time, very engaging and puts you at ease. He's respectful and considerate when he visits your home, removes his shoes, and wears a face mask. We didn't know we could price our property, stating above a particular price. We knew of a property near us that also had a Haart Estate Agent for sale sign that reached an astonishing £10,000 above their priced property over £150,000. The photos and the video of our for sale property made us quite emotional because we were so proud we were able to show our late mothers house the way she would have liked. In less than two hours of our property going on the market, we received an exciting phone call saying there's already at least eight people interested in viewing the property. Wow, that quickly? So, we have now moved forward with a group viewing in five days' time, expecting more appointments and we are very confident the viewers will not be disappointed, and we will receive some great offers to choose from. Watch this space! We definitely would recommend Haart Estate Agents, in particular Sasha, to represent you in wanting to sell your property. Oh, and by the way, their for sale signs are not your average ones; they do your property justice. Wow, we've almost reach the final stages of our property being sold. Without the consistency of Sasha keeping me in the loop with of where things are at, I don't think I would have held it together. When you're faced with the bottom chains challenges surrounding if/when their mortgage is accepted, yes it can delay things however, Sasha is so knowledgeable and clearly experienced and is very open, honest and transparent in keeping me updated and even explains some of the legal jargon from my solicitors correspondence. If you're not sure who to contact to help sell your property, I would definitely without a doubt recommend Haart Estate Agents. I am confident in them taking responsibility to sell your property and represent you in a very professional manner.

We have sold my mother in law's house in Derby remotely from London . From the off Sasha was superb in his analysis of the situation and in all his dealings with him we both felt his professionalism and insight into the situation ( mum is now in a Derby care home ) was exemplary . The team in derby office facilitated the sale beautifully and using the in house converters it led to a seamless experience . Special thanks must go to Tom who's liasing with the purchaser was speedy and efficient , Trennaie keeping us up to date on a regular basis and Amy for helping to negotiate a good deal for mum . Mum is now happy in the home knowing that the Heart Team have sold her property and now a great worry has been lifted , she is 93 years old Thanks again Team Heart and I will use the company again in the future , Well Done !

Sold my house Haart, and it was a fairly straight forward process, they are good at what they due, so I suppose the high fee to other agents is understood. However, I do think they are very over priced for an agents. Lucy Adams was my direct contact throughout the process and she was absolutely incredible. Always made time for my calls and emails. She was quick to reply to voicemails or questions, and really went above and beyond my expectations. If you are going to use Haart, I would suggest you ask for her as your case manager.

Bought our first home a couple of weeks ago. The process was tough as we had to wait almost a year and a half to complete. First we were in a chain and after one year the seller decided not to sell anymore. We were frustrated having waited so long and spent considerable money. Haart then helped us find another house which we completed on. Everyone at Haart was very friendly, helpful and more importantly extremely professional and knowledgeable! Lucy Adams was our move manager, and she held our hand through the process since day 1. It was a blessing to have her with us!! She was always on top of our case and always happy to talk. She gave us regular updates and she really helped us to chase up our conveyancers who were a pain to get hold of. We can't thank Lucy enough for everything she did!!
