Absolutely amazing service! We walked into the branch and were greeted very pleasantly and introduce to Tom Wood, the Sales Consultant. Very quickly it became apparent that Tom was extremely knowledgable and took the time to really explain what Derby was like, in depth. He walked us through different options of what was available & even followed up by getting us viewings booked in promptly! We were very grateful for the support provided, and want to commend Tom for the first class service. Emily showed us round the properties, who was extremely friendly & provided a great service! Emily has been absolutely fantastic in helping with the purchase of our new home! I used Haart to manage my property when another agent let me down and I can say they have been brilliant. I was living miles away from the property they were managing and still received great customer service even during the pandemic.
