I cannot recommend Ellie Morton at Haart Derby enough. We are currently at the offer acceptance stage and her efficiency has been world-class. She handled the 'heavy lifting' flawlessly managing relentless back-to-back calls between us and the vendor to keep the deal moving. In fact it was specifically because of Ellie’s professionalism and support that we felt confident enough to increase our budget by £2500 from our initial offer to secure the property. My experience with Haart was amazing. Their team are lovely and so friendly. I was first in contact with Gerilee who was so friendly and after purchasing the house I was transferred to Trennaie who was our move manager. She was so helpful and every time we have a problem with the Solicitors she would chase it up straight away. I would email her and she would call me back with an answer within the hour, she was great! Having Trennaie made it so much easier for us and we are very grateful for the support she gave us. We also had small contact with Ellie and Madison who were also lovely. We are very impressed with the service so thank you!

Avoid at all costs. Nothing but issues since the day I paid the holding deposit. I've moved out of a property 10 days ago and cannot return the keys. I went into the office and was told I could not leave the keys, which seems utterly ridiculous. I've been trying to contact the branch via phone and email for over a week to no avail. There has been no communication on how to return said keys other than that I must, yet they don't seem to want them. This is without mentioning the fact that the electrical safety check for the property was left until the day before move in date and was failed, pushing back the moving date with no apology from the staff or consideration about the inconvenience of this when I was about to start a new job. I was given incorrect keys, and the front door lock was unusable for serveal days when I moved in. I was also not given the inventory upon move in and had to ask for this at the end of the tenancy. The electrics were still unsafe upon move in, and using the light switches caused the sockets to trip. Every maintenance issue I've reported has never been responded to and the house upon move in was not cleaned to a particularly high standard, yet the inventory lists everything as "excellent". I'm glad to have left and be renting via a different agent now.

I recently had valuations of my property from a number of local estate agents and Sasha from Haarts gave the most accurate valuation backed up by his list of comparable property sale prices. Other agents did the same, however omitting properties that sold for much higher prices that Sasha had included. Had I followed the advice from the other agents I would have achieved significantly lower price. Sasha was very professional and I would gladly recommend him for anyone looking for an estate agent to sell their property.
