I used Haart to manage my property when another agent let me down and I can say they have been brilliant. I was living miles away from the property they were managing and still received great customer service even during the pandemic. I did not need to worry as Rami and Emma were always on top of everything. I have now moved back into my property but will definitely use Haart if I need to rent out again.

I put my house on the market with another agent back in March 2019 (just before lockdown). With no success and ‘out of the blue’, Francesca came to my house one day and assured me that she would help me to sell it in no time. We recently completed on our house sale which Haart sold for us. From start to finish we definitely got what we paid for. Francesca's enthusiasm sold it to us and we were not disappointed, Aaron did some great groundwork in securing several viewings and an offer was made above asking price 4 days after going on the market. I genuinely believe had it not been for Haarts work we wouldn't have achieved this. Following this the phone was always answered, with swift replies if messages were left and regular email updates from Joseph and Emily made the process easy, with them assisting in going over and above to iron out any bumps in the road caused by other parties. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell. They may not be the cheapest but you definitely get value for money. I also know I am high maintenance in these kinds of scenarios but Haart supported us throughout the process always with a smile. We used JS Law who we were referred to through them and all I can say about them is I never knew conveyancers could make life so easy.
