Extremely appalling service, i have rented a apt from them few years back ; apt has two main issue since day one 1) carpet wasnt clean and mould in the attached bath. Which I have highlighted since day one, they have promised to rectify the issue but despite my several attempt nothing happened and i end up leaving flat after 6 months. They aren't very cooperative at time of returning the keys back either, tried every possible ways to charge for anything. Real crooks once they got their money dont care anymore.

I've found the Frank Innes letting agents in Derby really helpful and efficient in finding and coordinating getting new tenants into my rental property. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Frank Innes are without a doubt the worst property company in Derby, I have had a series of maintenance issues such as mold in my bathroom which has taken them almost 3 months to sort and I still haven't had this issue sorted and when i explained this to a lady in maintenance that its been affecting my breathing she said that mold doesn't cause breathing and health issues implying I should get over myself rather than sort the issue. The maintenance office team are uncooperative, rude and just damned frustrating due to their inept and obvious lack of care. All sections of the business have displayed the lowest levels of customer service I have ever experienced. I haven't got a good word to say about anyone at that company! Will never use again and will actively go out my way to dissuade other people from entering contracts with this firm so that no one experiences what I have with this clown outfit. OOOO an additional issue, another property company are taking over the property but yet I was never contacted by frank innes. I was contacted out the blue from a new company (TODAY) saying that rent payments now went to them. completely unprofessional how you don't even contact your customers to tell them important information such as this. This has just once again confirmed my thoughts on everyone at the company. Oh by the way i'm reporting you to the property ombudsman enjoy :) !!!

Myself and 7 other friends moved down to Derby from Glasgow 4 months ago to start work. Frank Innes went out of their way to accommodate us in the 1 day we had to view flats. They were very helpful in this instance. Since moving into the property 4 months ago, we've not had any issues with the flat so there's been no need to contact Frank Innes for help, however, I'd like to believe that they will be helpful if ever we need their assistance in the future. The flat I ended up living in is fantastic as well, a superb value-for-money apartment.

As a Landlord all you want is for the property to be let as quickly and efficiently as possible and to be kept in the loop throughout the process. On the last couple of occasions Frank Innes have secured very good tenants for me and without any additional stress. Adam, Gagan and Lydia have found a new tenant and all seems to be going through smoothly again. I will no doubt use Frank Innes again should they keep up the good work.

My boyfriend and I were looking for our first property to rent together. It was safe to say looking for a property had become a stressful task, until we found one with Frank Innes. Frank Innes kept us in the loop and informed us when the first viewing was. When the First viewing came we were greeted by a welcoming smile and friendly face AKA Lydia Youle, who gave us plenty of honest advice with the property and instructions on how to apply for it.The application process was all done online making it very easy and quick, everything went through very smoothly and we had constant communication from Lydia letting us know each step of the way. We are now 3/4 months into renting the property and still have great communication with Lydia and Frank Innes. We tend to use email as this is the best form for us and we get a response within the next 24 hours. I am really happy with the Service from the Frank Innes team and the way they are still continuing to make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you to the Frank Innes Team and to Lydia who is a credit to the company.
