GoogleFriendly, professional and reliable. What has been a stressful situation in getting the house rented, was made trouble free. Great support and personable communication. Any queries responded to speedily. It is easy to feel confident that the decision to go with a managed letting service was the right decision.

Googlemost inefficient lettings agents. Always try their best to lock tenants in contract. Never returns any call. Never bother to help repair broken items in the house. Extremely rude persons. Shouts at customer when pointed out agent's fault. Always sends incorrect documents when requested. The IT system at the office is always not working when useful information is requested. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

GoogleHad a difficult investment transaction with the sellers of a property in Derby. The seller's solicitors were terrible communicators and the transaction nearly broke down a few times. Frank Innes were decent mediators and very good at keeping their finger on the pulse with the transaction. I would happily purchase a house through Frank Innes Derby again.

GoogleAlthough I didn’t purchase a property through Frank Innes, I did use their mortgage advisor Andrew Hall, who was very professional, fast with communications and answering questions and helped me secure a mortgage at a good rate that suited my needs.

Google‘Lydia really helped me when I was looking for an apartment. We found an apartment and she completely renovated it for my move in. The apartment was furnished and she had it decorated, new flooring and the furniture removed. The apartment looks brand new, amazing and I’m very happy here. I would recommend using Frank Innes every time’

GoogleWent to view a property and eventually had an offer accepted. The sales negotiator that showed us the property was particular warm and inviting answering all questions asked and providing information on questions that where missed. A viewing was arranged by the estate agents outside of their normal times of operation which is above and beyond duty.

GoogleExcellent service from arranging the viewing to handing over the keys. Polite and efficient in making what can be a stressful process hassle free. A couple of issues upon moving in which were rectified straight away. Very happy with the service I have received so far with the property.
