GoogleSuper pushy. We contacted about a particular property and the feeling I had was that they were very pushy. I said we were only interested in seeing that house and they asked a lot of questions about our house/price range etc even after i said that we were just wanting to arrangeto view, they tried to get us to use their Brokers by pushing other 'not yet on the market' properties, and only booked the appointment after my husband took the phone and got snappy with them. Then they added me to an email list without my permission and when I asked to be removed (3rd time of saying I was ONLY interested in the initial house) Steven called and tried pushing me to let him send me more adverts! Not had this with any other agent (and we've dealt with plenty). Very uncomfortable and actually put us off going forward with that house or any other they had listed.

GoogleI am currently in the process of finding somewhere to live. I found some properties I like and have put an application in for one. So far, Sophie has been very helpful, friendly and professional. She called me today simply to let me know there wasn't an update just yet but she would keep me informed. Service like that is so important to me, and I really appreciate being kept informed, even if there isn't much of an update to give. I can't comment on the experience of actually renting through Bagshaws because I haven't got that far yet, but so far my experience has been great.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I found Charlotte to be really responsive and helpful through numerous questions and challenges & proactive in looking to resolve issues. I find the portal easy to use to report an issue. Found the whole team friendly overall. No issues with Bagshaws/Sequence so far.

GoogleWe got offered a property and had to get alot of documents and references sent through ASAP and had quite a bit of trouble getting it all done however Georgina at Bagshaws Residential was so amazing and helped us through a difficult week and had so much patience with us and with her help in the end we got our property! Overall very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend.

GoogleVicky Tamber provided us with an excellent service she was helpful, personable and able to support us from mortgage to purchase. This was the second time we have used Vicky's service and won't be the last! I genuinely believe her service saves us money and much time sourcing our own mortgage, she was also able to help us put together all the paperwork we would need to successfully gain a mortgage. GoogleRebecca, the branch manager, is amazing. She helped my parents sell their house and throughout the entire process was patient, diligent and calm, even when nerves were fraying. She liaised really well with the solicitor, always responded to messages and emails promptly, and chivvyed the buyer on when needed. Would highly recommend her.
