GoogleAs a landlord of a few properties i have found this rental team led by Tye to be the best i have dealt with. Efficient. Brilliant communication. Transparent. Honest and will go over and above. I do not have full property management service but they have actioned things for me when i havnt been able to. Screening and quality of tenants has been excellent so far.

GoogleI struggled to get a mortgage in principle but with Vicky's help, not only did I get a mortgage she also got me a fantastic rate! Highly recommend anyone to use Vicky if you want the best rates and a stress free process.

GooglePLEASE AVOID Promises repeatedly unfulfilled and communication dire. Whole move process caused health issues for all involved. Compared to our agent they lacked in every area needed for a smooth move. Just NOT efficient, communicative or helpful. Rebecca tried her best but due to rest of team was unable to resolve many issues.

GoogleCan recommend this letting service. An excellent relationship has built up with myself over many years, especially with Lee in His role as assigned Property Co-ordinator. Any Tenant issues were always well communicated and sorted quickly. It was also a pleasure to meet Tye for the first time the other week!

GoogleSo far Sofie has been exceedingly helpful unlike most of the other agents I have encountered for letting. She has been professional and Curtis in all aspects to date. I couldn't wish for a better service and would highly recommend Bagshaws. Coming from the south up to the midlands it has only been made easier by Sofie and yes she has found my dream cottage. I'd like to offer a particular thanks to Tye who went above and beyond to help me secure my tennacy and helped alleviate my anxieties when the process hit a few speed bumps. For anyone looking to rent or buy I couldn't recommend their team enough.

The team looked after me from start to finish and when they told me to use their in house mortgage adviser I was really sceptical but cannot thank John Bruckshaw enough for all his help and guidance in taking me through the mortgage process so easily when I had been let down by another broker. GoogleThe Bagshaws/Sequence team have been great. I've found the team very responsive and friendly. Tye Alton, Lee Major and the rest of the team have been really helpful with any questions I have, looking after the property, and the maintenance team do a good job. Appreciate all your hard work!

GoogleShouldn't even get 1 star to be honest. Due to circumstance changing I had rang Bagshaws Residential all week and left messages to call me back, no response finally they called me and said the work has been done. I asked them why no one rang me back and had no excuse for that. Once I told them I need to cancel hence why I was ringing all week, I was asked to pay £350 for them doing the work that I been trying to tell them not to do all week. Was told the manager will call but instead sent me a letter saying I have 7 days to pay and if not paid will go to debt recovery. Very disappointed with there lack of communication and will never recommend this company to anyone! BE AWARE!

After our initial meeting to place your property on the market, we had the property for let the day after at 11:30 and had the let agreed by 1:30 to get a tenant for you the week after. GoogleWould be zero stars if it was an option. Messed up my sale from day one. Didn't take correct ID, delayed Rightmove listing, recommended a buyer who then didn't have a mortgage which I only found out because I asked why the surveyor was going round twice. Didn't keep me informed. Gave information to another family member without my consent. Didn't deal with my complaint satisfactorily or my request for their code of conduct. Disgusting behaviour all round which has caused immense distress.

GoogleExcellent advice, very helpful throughout and a great experience for a naturally indecisive first-time buyer such as myself. Although I didn't end up buying a house through Bagshaw's, I used Vicky as a mortgage advisor and broker for the buying process, as I'd had a mortgage advice session after viewing a Bagshaw's property and found her advice and insight very useful and not biased as I thought it might be. Thoroughly recommended as mortgage and general purchasing advisory service as Vicky helped talk me through the process and provided an invaluable sounding board for my thoughts and reservations on the properties I had viewed and then helped me get a good deal after I found the ideal place for me.
