GoogleWorst estate agents I have had the misfortune to deal with after 4/5 weeks of trying to arrange a viewing on one property they arranged and cancelled numerous times property had offered accepted and fall through numerous times but I wasn't able to get 1 viewing.

GoogleThis review is to share my appreciation for Lee Major, our property manager. He has helped us through our tenancy, and is very responsive to any requests. He made our stay comfortable and smooth throughout. Big cheer for Lee. Bagshaws only need to improve upon the initial property handover, as tenants need to be made aware of all things including utilities properly to avoid move-in troubles.

GooglePretty poor service I phoned 2 weeks ago interested in viewing a property for auction ,they took my details and explained to me that their computers were down , the assured me that an agent would contact me ASAP, to arrange a viewing, tomorrow would be 2 weeks I've been waiting, please in the uncertain times we live in if anyone decides to change their career please don't pick any off the emergency services !!!

GoogleI chose Vicky Tambers as my mortgage broker. She had been so helpful on every stage and did everything really quickly for us. She was fantastic all the way through and kept us informed throughout the application. She was able to find us the right mortgage, very pleased with her work. I definitely recommend her as she is honest as well as efficient.

GoogleDid a viewing, then put a offer in was told they had a bigger offer I did tell them I could not go any higher on the cost , I don’t know why they can’t update the customer ,viewing the property that a higher offer was offered , so it would be up to the customer to say yes or no to a viewing I just felt it was just get lots of viewing no matter if a higher offer was offered poor service , dishonesty, if you can’t be honest what else are they dishonest about . Don’t drop your guard
